'Access' UI not showing after building outside a property

Issue/bug you are reporting: 'Access' UI not showing after building outside a property

Expected behavior:  Being able to access placed doors outside of a property

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:  Address: '24 Invention Ct' 
In some places of the property, the access UI will show up, for example close to the main door. Most places in front of the property will have this issue. I've also tried different doors, different storage items and it all seems to have the same problem with the UI not showing up.

Exterior gates and doors were fixed in a recent update.  If you are still experiencing issues please submit a new bug report with current POV of the instance.  Locked and archived.
