Expected behavior: Picking up a body/dropping a body will spawn Noob Ped that is solid. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Every now and again you will find a random PED standing in the road (Not all can see it), and if you hit it, it will destroy your car or injure you. I finally managed to capture it actually happening in this footage.
