Stacking decayed and full(er) food items

Issue/bug you are reporting: The ability to stack decayed food items with items of a higher (and lower) percentage. To specify; all food items in the inventory will stack to the percentage of the item the "STACK" option is used on, as can be seen in the video.

Expected behavior:  To not be able to stack items of different percentages and to not be able to turn decayed items into items of a 100% value again.

Obtain two food items, store one in a refrigerator and keep the other in your inventory. Wait for one to decay below the value of the other, then hold both items in your inventory and stack them.

I just tested this with two sandwiches at differing decay and they did not stack.  If you find this to still be an issue with other products, please let us know.
