Cant log-in to Panel

My email is an outlook address, I also haven't played on the server in over a year so not sure if my character is deleted. I have tried what I remember to be my login details, tried resetting with different emails and nothing seems to be working. Would appreciate some help thank you.

Hi thanks for the response, i've tried requesting a new password but I keep getting (request failed status code 404). I've tried loads of different emails and usernames I think it could be but I must be forgetting the username to the Panel account, is there any way to recover that?

If you have forgotten the username (error 404 means the username doesnt exist, so you would have forgotten it) you can check for the welcome email you received when creating your Eclipse Roleplay account, it will display your registered username within it.

I never thought of that, I found it and am able to log in now. Thanks very much for the help
