The End of a Dream
The night is still, a single car sits in the observatory parking lot. Alan sat in the front seat in his hands a jersey that reads 'Crozen' across the back. Observatory had become a 2nd home to him but at this moment he felt like a stranger to the track he had driven over a thousand times. Alan had spoke confidently in front of the crew attempting to keep a strong front as their leader, but knew without Kopi there was no way that Street Dreamers would continue. Alan folds the jersey and places it in the glovebox. Street Dreamers was the only thing that had kept him legal straying him from the other side of the law, without it his path was unclear.
'Alan, what is ACTUALLY stopping you from joining the family'
Alan had been working with Salvation for a few weeks up to this point, he calls Chase and asks him if there was anything he needed help with that night. Chase presented the question Alan hadn't fully evaluated internally "What is stopping you from joining Salvation?" The question hit him like a train all of the air leaving his chest, after inhaling Alan's mind had cleared and in a confident tone he responded 'nothing, I'm ready.' The smile that grew on Chase's face was audible through the phone as he instructed Alan to put on something white, and head up to overlook and not say a word. Alan entered the lot and promptly stepped into the circle of faces he knew all to well. Jackie raises a brow turning to him "Is that who I think it is...?" , as Alan removes the white T shirt tied around his face Chase proudly exclaims "Meet the newest member of Salvation"
