Don's thoughts logbook Family... It is such a meaningfull word in my life. Growing up in a maffia-family being steamed ready for leadership within the Russo family was a feeling not many people got to feel. This was one of the most powerful word in the Maffia circle where respect and companionship was no1 priority, yet in the city it seems the word had died out over the course of several gangs betraying eachother and members betraying eachother. This...this group of friends, is what the old Russo family was for me. It's not a replacement for my own bloodline but after the betrayal of my right hand man who was leading the Russo family with me, this is definetly the best fit for me. This is my way of making things right for all the things i did as the Head of a Maffia. This is how I will pay my debt of what i did to the people and to repay my greed and bloodlust i've felt being in such a powerfull position. It has been hard for me to follow commands since i've been my own boss ever since pappa got imprissoned and i had to take over. But i'm getting used to it, the fact that these people are, even though we had a huge setback, are still so determent and passionate about this family makes me wonder what i could've done different in my old crimefamily to avoid getting backstabbed This family has thought me more about life than Pappa ever did, yes he did teach me how to steal cars get bussineses going and get my guntrades up and running, but these people are not in it for the money. This feels so strange and i'm still getting used to having different motives...but...it feels good....i feel like i've payed of part of my debt to life. Is this what the name means? "Salvation"... is that what i'm gonna find here,, is this my redemption, my paying for my sins. If so, these people are the people that will be able to help me clear my consience. I AM DON RUSSO....AND I'M ON THE ROAD TO... SALVATION!

Goodbye old friends, Hello new oppertunities. As don wakes up he sees a text from HC telling him to come to (REDACTED) and with feeling of happyness to see family again he goes to the place. What he finds there in the room were partying people drinking alcohol and some sad faces. Don is really confused and does not know what the hell is going on and sits down as Jackie starts to speak to him. Jackie: "Sadly a couple of our friends are leaving" Don's heart drops in his shoes seeing Damien sitting down giving Don a wink, Urban emtying a bottle in one go, and other sad faces. He was really confused not grasping what happend in the time Don was on vacation for 2 weeks. After explaining to Don what the issues were, he completely understood their point and told them to keep their heads up for the world they are about to explore. Don feels sad that his family is leaving but.... still sees oppertunity for personal growth within this family, seeing an HC spot opening up only made him more determent to put is 120% to be able to climb up the ladder. After saying goodbye, Don and Ryac go on a hunting trip to clear their minds with, ofcourse, Ryac falling of a mountain. Don will never forget what the people who left did for him and he will put in all energy to get salvation to the point he and others expect it to be.

if we are talking about a lvl of fairness then the PD should not call in the whole nations army an a pullover, as a crim i have no cleu what PD goes through but from my own experience PD forced wins numerous of times where their way of winning did not make RP sense at all, the way the rules work and how the economy is right now it's extremely bias towards PD, if we lose a gun we are fucked for a while we have to do another 1 a 2 hours of mining oil to afford that while cops get everything free and from my own experience are not scared to bring out the big guns either. if the suspect has a pistol, what would a guy fully swatted up do there?

well actually i saw a report stating "the height of the bridge was too high to jump off of therefor unrealistic and non-RP" my character doesn't care if it's high, if theres reasonable amount of water down there it has a chance of survival. but my point is instead of reporting stuff like that roleplay it out just say as soon as you catch the person jumping "/me would look for injuries" instead of "SaVe pOv"

lets be honest, there needs to be a massive culture shift in the server. i feel most of the time that people are more ruleplaying than actually roleplaying, because everyone and their dog are ready with the shadowplay button to report you for the stupidest things that could be roleplayed out. there are even rules that make you limit what your character can and can not do like jumping off a bridge in the water when police are after you... who knows how your characters head works? maybe if your character is terrified of going to jail, then YES he would definetly jump. or the whole fear rule i mostly agree with but if my character (ex-maffia leader) would sit in a car and somebody points a gun, he would 1000% rather try to get out of there and would rather take the chances of being shot while driving off than surrendering imediatly. I just realy think that the fear rule is so broad that it limits actual characteristics of certain people. we've seen plenty of people go in the last weeks because of the strict rules and it's quite sad to see because i love to play on this server but it just needs a good hard love tap. both Scriptly as OOCly and i think that most people would agree with this statement since i've heard people talk about this out of game. anyway i hope that this thread has sparked some interesting thoughts with anyone higher up so we can make eclipse an amazing ROLEplay experience. x Crowdie

this would imply that you rather have someone stop because of the rules than stop because of RP, a tazer in real life makes people run away in real life too, i never seen a taser with unlimited ammo

Also if i may add, the rules should get a bit loosened since for example if somebody chooses in bright daylight at the pier, it should be his/her own decision if they wanna take that amount of risk. Also seen alot of reports about people using ramps and stuff, well we all know we have some interesting people that would do that in real life aswell. Choices people make that impact a situation should be fluent and not a "save POV" thing.

massive +1 for this too, it's sad that we gotta wait untill some person on the server gets millionaire till we can finally gamble

+ 1 i've wasted so many hours of my day sitting in a virtual prisoon while no one was around, it would be nice to just be able to do something else when there is no RP to be had in prison

rebirth of Don Russo in the Salvation Family After Don and his friends left the Salvation family couple months ago Don felt extremely aimless, even though Don and friends had an aim for starting their own crew... internal relationships started to be unstable which was hard for Don to watch. Eventually Don started questioning if this was the right move he had made, he left Salvation because of his own morals and disagreeing with how the show was run under Messiah's command. But after Ry'ac left our crew and joined Salvation, Don still hung out with Ry'ac and saw how happy he was not having to drill oil all day and having so many friendly faces around him. This made Don question his past choices and had some very, very hard choices to make. Don was stuck between 2 worlds, on one side his friends and his lovely wife....on the other side a group he was comfortable with calling family. He started talking to Chase who told Don that ALOT has changed since he left and after a long deep conversation on what had happened and changed Don started thinking this might be the move, especially after they told him that he would have a Specialist role because of Don's shown courage and loyalty is certain situations. This was it,, This would be the day that Don was going to tell Syrax that he wants to get out of Legion and join back the Salvation family... Members of our crew started having a meeting with Leader Syrax taking the word: "What would you guys think if we would all join Salvation" Don's jaw drops... this is it, THIS IS THE BEST POSIBLE OUTCOME! Don's friends, Wife AND the family of salvation all in one. Don gladly accepted Chase's offer of a Specialist rank and felt so comfortable being back among friends... NO... Family This is the time where Don is going to shine the brightest. This is the time where Don Russo will be REBORN!
