hey i returned to clash of clans with a maxed th9 base, the heroes weren't maxed however. since my return, i have dedicated one builder for each hero to make sure they are maxed asap. i upgraded to th10 when i returned right, but everything was so cheap that i upgraded all my walls and i had too much elixir i couldnt use on anything so i made the decision to upgrade to th11 so i can spend excess gold and/or elixir on walls without wasting any resources and of course as i do with every townhall upgrade i prioritize upgrading the offensive buildings first such as the laboratory and army camps as they are very important and place new buildings
