Talha started his life as a spoilt brat of a young hooker who used to live in southside of Los Santos. Ever since Talha was a kid, he was bullied by his neighbors' kids and used to come home with bruised face. His mother used to treat him every night and scolded him for picking fights with kids in the hood every day. But he didn't pay attention and kept on living like that for the rest of his childhood.
When Talha was a teenager, he started working with a local pimp who was making a lot of money but he was very stingy and didn't give Talha much. One day when Talha was sprinting through the streets, he bumped into some Ballas gang members. Ballas gave Talha some tough time with a fist fight in that back alley and left Talha again with bruised face. Talha got up and started thinking to himself if he let it go, they will do the same thing again to him at some point. So Talha pulled himself together and went to confront the gang members at Grove street all by himself. There he met Heavy K and started talking. Since Heavy K was a calm man, he listened to the story of Talha and gave him the word that if this was truly an unintentional accident, he will make things good for Talha. After that, Talha was good with Ballas and started showing up at the hood without a worry in the world.
When Talha started coming to Grove more frequently, he was eventually offered to become a member of the gang. Talha agreed to become a Balla and left his past life as he was very much interested in making money instead of wasting his time with the pimp.
As Talha grew older, he started handling business with other gangs in the city and stood up for himself and started making a name for himself among Ballas members. He was pinned as "Bullet" in the Grove street as this was the street name given to him by Heavy K and every Balla knew him by the name of Bullet
