-1, I dont see any pros of implementing facilities. This is not gta online, this is roleplay server where house for every person is neccessary. If you dont have place where to stash your car, there are other places which you should learn ICly

I understand where your coming from but some people may just have garages to store there cars IRL that's why I suggested

  3. When looking around for more car storage for more slots , the only thing I can think of is buying a house (That I probably wont use) and then just using the garage from time to time. I think by adding new garages people wont have to go through the struggle of paying so much for a house they wont even use and are just able to buy a garage somewhere to store some cars. This could also been done by building large storage unit facilities somewhere for not only cars but storage of personal items as well. I think these would be used a lot as sometimes people may just want a garage and not just a random house that they wont use.

Let me know what you think !

  4. I was cruising looking for houses and seen in mirror park that there is a whole estate section that is just empty. I see a lot of potential for new RP here, such as builders that could build houses here and expand the market, or just some new houses in general would be great. I am saying this as I think this is just space being wasted when there is opportunity's for it not to be. As you can see in the images below, there is so much space to work with.

As you can see here, there is full plots of land that can be renovated and used rather than sit there and waste space.

Just look at the amount of space that can be put to use, the market is so empty right now with house prices going through the roof and this could possibly even help with  the pricing of properties at the moment.

Please do  let me know what you think of this !

I think that the perks that come with being in an official factions are relatively strong, and they are there because of the RP that comes with it. I do not believe that it would be realistic for someone to wake up, go to a mechanic shop, start working on cars, just for an hour later to put on their judge robes adjudicate a case, then go to central MD, clock in as a paramedic only to end the day by watching inmates at DOC.

This is what alts are for. One character should not be able to do everything, and you can very well argue its unrealistic.

In response to this, I believe the government faction limit should stay the same but make a separate category for non-gov such as maybe club or just simply non-gov type factions. I think this would be a good way to go about it so then there are three factions categories, Government Criminal Non-Gov and you would be able to be in 2 from either Crim and Gov, and one from non-gov

  6. +1 I totally agree, It holds you back from working for multiple factions, and potential with great RP within them factions. For example if you wanted to work for say MD and SD and then be in maybe the Burnout nation faction, you wouldn't be able to, unless you could make a new faction category for say none job related factions, maybe a class called a 'Club' as these are not jobs so I don't see why working 2 jobs should stop you from joining a factions as such!

  7. Coming from my perspective, I believe the situation with pursuits and PIT at the moment are totally fine. I understand from a criminals side that them being slammed by a cruiser at high speeds may ruin their chase but without spike strips we have a limited amount of ways to immobilize a car by force.

Also, when some people speed down incorrect lane of travel at high speeds, they should be fearing for there life in that situation but they continue to do it.

People shouldn't be robbing others of petty items such as clothes and a GPS. It's actively discouraged for most big gangs to commit petty robbery and on top of that it's pretty NRP. Who robs people for clothes IRL? These are just normal clothes from a clothing store that everyone has access to, and all clothes are around the same price.

I am saying if gangs rob people for guns and other things then they also take their clothes they can sell the clothes, I understand you though. But I also mentioned it can be used for when civilians want to sell unwanted items.

  9. When criminals rob people, they are left with the victims items but sometimes there is not that much use for them eg. you rob someone and find a map GPS and a few items of clothes, but you might not want them. They just sit there clogging up your inventory. My idea was to incorporate a pawnshop into the city. By adding this people will be able to sell un wanted good, at a lower price, but still get more than nothing out of it. This could also add another job into the city. This could be a two way thing. The shop buys the goods that someone traded in, and then they sell them for a small profit. you would also be able to trade your item for another item that is instore eg. a pair of shoes for a hoodie. This can also be used by regular civilians. When you upgrade your clothes or buy new items, you may want to get a small amount of money back from your unwanted good rather than let them sit there and collect dust. There could be a pawnshop located in Paleto, and the city, so people will not have to travel miles just to pawn a few items.

Overall, I believe this could be a great addition as it could bring a new job into the city, help the economy slightly, and also it is a very useful business in general.

Let me know what you think, I'm open for suggestions!

    +1 if you agree xD
