  1. As a veteran MD player at this point (Alex Mpache), people 'trunking' other people is at an all time high which drives MD motivation down, because your core is being taken away. I do not agree with the suggestion, but I would like to see a greater "punishment" for being "healed" by a civilian. Currently, there is no difference to the wellness debuff when we compare an MD dropoff and civilian carry. I'd say a hefty increase in price, combined with a HEFTY increase to the wellness debuff, including the "just got treated" animation, should be introduced when dropped by Non-MD. PS: An alternative could be a "respawn" timer. You get dropped off by MD, you pop out instantly. You get dropped off by Non-MD, you have to wait 2 minutes inside the ICU, frozen and on a bed (would work like a sentence, so the script can sort of be recycled!). Could even have a VIP integration - cut down the waiting time by 35% or something.
  2. Greetings! As of the patch/update that went live on the 27th of April, the following hospitals have been disabled: Sandy Shores, Zonah & Central. The lack of hospitals will most certainly harm MD as a faction, and the playerbase as a whole will be inconvenienced in the short-mid term until replacements are created either via IC or OOC means. Our faction leader was not even informed of this change coming, and the faction members are currently left with no formal announcement regarding this, neither IC or OOC. How this change is harmful: 1. Central MD had a spot for cosmetic changes to characters. The only alternative is located in Paleto MD, which I am fairly certain most players do not even know about. 2. In-Character Basic Life Support classes have been held for a very, very long time within Central MD's interior, which is now disabled, leaving no replacement closer than the interior of Paleto. This will harm the division and will inconvenience the playerbase looking to get a BLS license for their character greatly. 3. Vastly increased dropoff times. Examples: a) Injured on the pier? Has to be dropped off all the way over at Pillbox instead of the previous Zonah. This doubles the trip. ; b) Injured at the Freelance Oil Job Site? Has to be dropped off all the way at Pillbox instead of Sandy Shores, more than doubling the distance. 4. During busy hours, all calls which are placed south have to be taken to Pillbox. Pillbox is a respawn point and often gets crowded due to people dying from shootouts, and is often avoided for dropoffs if you are transporting a surviving member, to avoid chatter in OOC chat. If Zonah and Central are disabled, there is no way to do it apart from going to the other dropoff at Pillbox, which is very much still in range for OOC chat. 5. Severely demotivating to have something taken away for no given reason, without anything communicated to faction leadership, taking away any & all prep time for any & all adjustments. 6. The change will also discourage people from joining the faction, since the only thing being done regarding it is seemingly things being taken away, causing gameplay within the faction to be potentially stale and boring. I personally see absolutely no good sides to this change, nor do I see how these hospitals were harmful in any way, and I am certain everyone else within the faction would wholeheartedly agree with this and the solution below. The solution: Simply Re-Enable them all, or at the very least the Sandy Shores hospital, since this is a middle point in between Pillbox and Paleto, the two currently remaining hospitals.
  3. The problem is that the speed cameras should only be within the NCZ, and this one is not, it still 'gets' you even after the game tells you you are out of the NCZ. The fix is either extending the NCZ or moving the camera itself.
  4. Date and time (provide timezone): 22/8/2020, ~3PM GMT+2 (Belgrade) Character name: Alex Mpache Issue/bug you are reporting: I was driving down the street where the Bank is located (the one in the city, not Paleto), i had my speed limiter on and was casually waiting for the NCZ warning to go away from my HUD so i can disable my speed limiter and drive faster, however when i did this after the NCZ warning went away i got a speeding ticket for some reason Expected behavior: Speeding fine right after the Bank NCZ Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Video evidence (apologies for the low bitrate, everything that matters should be clearly visible) - https://streamable.com/bv2vhk Worth mentioning: The few important things to notice are: 1) Speed limiter being turned on can be seen at the start of the video, the limit being 89km/h ; 2) NCZ Warning going away from the HUD and Speed Limiter 'turned off' notification ; 3) Speeding fine after im out of the NCZ (as per my HUD) Replication steps: Turn off the speed limiter less than a second after you leave the Bank NCZ Vehicle license plate number*: DURURCTD
