Issue Being Reported: Everytime I launch rage.mp I get a Windows error of, " Windows cannot find "ragemp_v.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again"

Evidence and/or notes worth mentioning: Might be my anti-virus, wanted some professional thought on this situation. I've never dealt with this issue before. I've tried reinstalling rage.mp multiple times and re-verifying the game files via Steam multiple times now.
