    Hello all beautiful people of los santos, I applied for my Visa to your city and failed twice. Problem is I spent all night on guides and rules. So I'm pretty sure every answer was answered correctly. Atleast the closest to rules and rp. OCC ,I have no feedback on what I missed.. is it possible I failed because at the time of the quiz I wasnt authorized on discord and forums seeing guide says to do that "First" before taking quiz?
