  1. You can take this ICly. You can make abuse of their weaknesses if they're too scared to fight and prefer to call the cops. If most of the illegal groups know that the respective organization is snitching (ICly), unite and give them what they deserve.  Nobody likes a biatch.

as law enforcement can be a very strong ally, if you're into that kind of RP.

That's true. They can set you up.

Hello. I came with another idea of roleplay - hitman organization. I know even on SAMP, also here on RAGEMP, hitman organization was always a debatable subject, was a restricted type of roleplay, because people think it's all about death matching and meta gaming. Such faction it's not welcome in a RP server. Personally, I've been thinking of such roleplay for months, and I evaluated every single aspect of it. We do not empower rulebreaking. The goal is to perform a realistic type of dark roleplay, we may act as a secret society also. What is mandatory, members should be aware of the rules.

    Requirements

    - Willing to roleplay (high-quality roleplay, more /me, /do)

-Willing to perform text roleplay (voice chat it's acceptable, but for screenshots and forum stuff, text roleplay it's more enjoyable to see)

-Experience it's not mandatory. If you're serious in what you do and you do it with passion, you're good to go.

    -Creativity.

-Willing to perform realistic illegal roleplay.

    How to join

    -Filling up application form.

(Depending on the people's interest, application will be posted here, fill it up, and send it to me via PM).

  3. Another thing I don't get, why masks? why faction members gotta wear blue/white/red/black/purple colors? Can't we just dress up like normal people? It feels like it's halloween everyday. I mean really?

I feel you yes. I also have mixed feelings about gangs/gang leaders/gang members owning legal (gun)stores while they are known criminals...

Damn. This is a serious problem. Someone needs to handle it for the sake of good rp.

  5. I think most of the players from this server are very new to roleplay, like - very. But I gotta agree with you at some points. For example, today I was in Chamberlain checking up the area for my future possible faction (if players interested) , and in 5 minutes I got robbed twice. It didn't bother me that much, I had only clothes, but it's kinda lame. If you stay there for 10 minutes, you can get robbed for 5 times. And yea. People care more about money and power rather than roleplaying. That's why they can't level up.

  6. Hello. I'd like to create a big community for those who wish to roleplay as afro-americans - a street gang. I had my first attempt of creating one, but sadly had no luck, I didn't know how things are working around here, that's why I'll leave this one here. Topic it's under construction, it's based on a blood gang (video will be linked downwards). If you're curious of how a street gang works, or if you're passionate of afro-american roleplay, then don't hesitate to join the movement. I'll start my inactivity in a few days, so it won't happen that soon, but would be cool to see a reasonable number of players down for this idea.

    Goals

-Grow strong as a black community.

    -Take control of south LS.

-Make connections (obtain guns and drugs).

    Discord group - https://discord.gg/6JSaAP

The image of the gang (better watch the video for inspiration)

Originally from Leipzig, in her early 20's, Elise Blumenberg decided to try out a new chapter in her life; and that is moving to another country. Her life was a total chaos, and because of the lack of opportunities, her attitude was the same as her situation - upside down. In her very first days in Los Santos, she found a group of people with dangerous hobbies. Not surprised everything escalated so quickly for her...

    2. There already is an IC weapons license. Revoking it because of "breaking the rules" don't really make sense. If I broke a rule regarding powergaming (for example) why should my PF license be revoked?

Most of the points you showed don't really make sense. I don't see why this can't be resolved IC instead of revoking people from their guns when they get an admin log. You could start an IC protest to make PD tighten up the rules but no need for more OOC restrictions about this.

It makes big sense on serious roleplay servers, because guns will always be a problem. You don't have to jump on me because I come with suggestions. My intention was to help.

It feels like someone killed you, you called DM on it but it turned out that it was not DM.

    No.

If people are pointing guns at you in the bank, infront of LSPD - REPORT IT, thats why we have rules and a report system, if you are not reporting rule breaches you are breaking the rules yourself under failure to report rule breaches. Would love to see some proof of these things happening constantly, but i doubt thats the case.

Beautiful, but the lightness of this just killed me.

Why should ordinary people have guns? Because then only criminals and PD would have guns

As I said before, you're a big fan of seeing guns everywhere, and that's why there will be a constant warzone. This is no dissrespect for the community, I do believe they put a lot of work in it, the script is good and all dat, but seeing guns everywhere makes me feel unsafe. It doesn't portray the roleplay in a good way, and at one point, some people who will understand what ''roleplay'' is, will be fed up of this. Even if this is a good or bad suggestion, it's up to the staff to take a decision.

You play for 6 months without a punishment, gratz, wished the player report section  was as clean as your admin record, but being a newbie here, and the chance of getting  a gun is so easy, this may escalate bad.

I'd rather have a gun and be able to save someone or myself, than be in a constant state of helplessness.

I feel you here. I'll talk from my previous experience. Recently I've been a plug on a heavy roleplay server. Received weekly heavy and light stuff, from 9mm to M4. I had the freedom to sell guns to whoever I wanted, but I was aware of the fact that admins were watching me.  So, if you wanted to get rid of the constant state of helplessness, you could've come to me, and if I saw that you had a drop of realism in your roleplay (being aware of the rules, rp properly, etc), I was your gal. But if not, you get punished, I get punished and we create chaos.

I just came with the idea, players should have entrance to guns only if they know how to use them. Didn't say restrict everybody from them, because still, this is GTA.

So your solution is to have staff equip weapons on all criminals constantly?

    1. Most firearms that cause problems are kept illegally, at this point the amount of weapons on the streets is really high, so this would put ordinary people in a worse position. A single criminal will be able to hold up 10 civilians because none of them will have a weapon.

2.Why mix an IC issue with OOC rules?

    3. So only official factions will have weapons, the rest will be shit out of luck when they are forced to be armed with bats against heavies.

This is a really bad suggestion that will limit RP more than improve it.

I really don't know where you came from with ''all criminals''. Being aware of the fact that players aim guns at you in the bank, in the clothing store, in the green areas, in front of LSPD (IC issue with OOC rules), I'm pretty sure my suggestion sustains the tittle of this topic. Nobody forces you to pass weapons to someone who constantly DM's and doesn't know how to use a gun.  At the third point, it's clear that you're a big fan of  seeing weapons everywhere. Why ordinary people should have guns? This is the only way you can roleplay, with a gun on you? Yea, ''shit out of luck'' if you DM me. I understand this server tends to be RPG, but there should be common sense.

  11. I took a look at the Player reports section, and most of them are based on DM and Fear RP.  It's clearly an existent problem. I understand that there are not too many admins and too many players, but even we, the players, can make a change. I was also new to roleplay many years ago, and I remember everytime I had a gun I was acting like a god. But in time I understood that having a gun with you, reduces the quality of roleplay. If you want a gun, if you want to protect yourself, no offence, you need to prove this. I just can't accept the fact that most of the players from here carry a gun. It'll become a massive warzone.

  12. I noticed everybody on this server has a gun, and it's very easy to purchase one from the ammunation.. There are a lot of players who are new to roleplay, and instead of roleplaying, or act in a realistic manner, they prefer to shoot you, even without a reason, or for just a simple insult. So by doing this, they break the rules.

    I'd suggest this:

    1. No more firearms in the ammunation. Only knives, bats, armor.

    2. In order to hold a weapon, you must apply for weapon license. If you break the rules, or if you are banned, the weapon license should be cancelled.

    3. Only official factions should receive firearms and they can also perform weapon trafficking.
