A male black with cornrows who identifies as Louie/Gio wearing Zetas colors patrols the High End lot and the LSB area looking for new player tags and experienced players alike to ripoff. He will talk you up, make you feel like he's trustworthy because he can drop some names and tell you need to trade your vehicle to him first because he doesn't know you. He'll say that he carries a heavy in his duffel, so "don't worry about us getting rolled up on". He will most likely take you to the Bank to do the exchange because he knows his gang members are there to protect him.
Don't get scammed like me. He happened to name drop someone I knew and respected and even though that person was present as well to vouch, he was deceived by this scumbag as well.
I hope this reaches as many people as possible to prevent the same thing from happening to them.
