It would make rp sense that each "official faction" has their own supply line as each of them comes from different back stories and locations e.g. Zetas importing from Mexico, Triads importing from China and so on.
Overall with the moving ammo to private supplies I personally believe that aspects of the old import system should be brought back. The big red containers would vastly improve ammo delivery rp and changes it from 1 person required to get a drop to a whole gang potentially as there are multiple crated to unload.
If the old system was to be implemented, it would be highly beneficial that the order could pick their location dynamically literally anywhere that correlates to their import method, e.g. If you use boat import to a dock, or a plane to an airstrip.
Following with this PD could get a similar system where instead of the exact location of the drop being given, they'd receive a radius circle of where the drop may be in (like phone tracing) , bringing some actual detective rp when it comes to locating the drop.

That's because there's nothing else to do. Drug labs are down most of the time and chop shops get camped by PD/SD. Unless you want to spend 90% of your time online in prison, your only option is to try to create interesting RP within the gang.
While I can't speak for all gangs/Crims in the city I think your claim that all we do is "talk and joke about" takes away from the hard work that alot of people put in. For example, I know in the past couple week we (triads) have spent a significant amount of time creating engaging RP scenario's surrounding our HQ and I'm sure it you were to look at the forum threads of the other factions you would see plenty of interesting rp. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

-1 don't see the purpose of this. It just limits the rp of hiding an id and such when all anyone has to do is frisk you to find out your name.

+1 for re-introducing the cap. It's no fun to sit doing nothing apart from the occasional afk math. If prison rp were do get an overhaul there would be a reason to uncap prison time. At the moment prison rp is brutally mundane.

Don't understand why cops feel the need to be able to catch every single criminal they encounter. Sometimes people are able to get away, deal with it.

SAAA but no Criminal update

The server his bean really stale for a long time now. I understand that development isn't easy or fast but it's been a very long time since the last major update. There's very little to do for a criminal, people log in for 10 mins, realise they have nothing to do, and log off. It improved with the recent wars but with them coming to a close it's seems like it's going back.
