+1 !! I would put a minimum EXP before choosing to do ILLEGAL JOBS or taking a criminal life, so that who actually isn't into proper RP will not join or maybe change idea about what RP actually is. I would also have players under a certain EXP immune to robberies or able to report the people that do rob them. TBH it's never fun joining a server and getting rob 24/7 when you don't know anyone IC or just can't get from point A to point B without being harassed.

Eya, In theory getting in today but not that rushed haha. SAMP was a great experience RP wise for me (HBG IGRP SYNERGY) as I mainly did lead an Italian Mafia for a few years and then decided to fully dedicate my time as an admin IG and on forums. Can't wait to get in and have a proper RP with the guys on the server, hoping to bring good stuff to the server and meet more people IC and OOC. - Filo

Yes but doubt its a must. You can just do /me looks around before taking his phone out, whispering into the cell /do Tonio's voice would be fairly quiet
