For me, jail times are a joke now.

Most of the time is hard to LSPD to reach the north of the map, and most of the kidnappings and robberies happens in that zone, because is hard for the PD to reach those places. A sheriff department with 5 members would be enough to cover that area, plus it opens the opportunity to have more players in the server to cover all the map of LS. Plus It increase the RP in the zone.

A series of videos made by some one teaching how to RP, and in the application proceed have a test based on those videos, could be the optimal solution.

From my point of view, the server should have a better application form that just 10 questions. they should be a writing section and an admin or supporter that accept that application.

Yeah I agree with higher Fines, and higher Jails, I mean, Some one just shot a cop twice, rob 3 people, and they only get jailed for 60 mins? They should go for 2 days.... at least. We need prison RP

Some times is hard to know who is talking or if some one is writing.So my suggestion is simple a bubble on their head if they are talking or writing.

The Idea is to place Cones or Barriers in the road and delete them when they aren't needed any more. This way PD or EMS, can close a road, or redirect traffic, close a crime scene, etc. by the use of /placeroadblocks or /prb a menu with all the roadblocks would be show in CEF, You select the roadblock and it will appear in front of you, but I will not spawn on public until you press an X key. This roadblock would be moving with you until you place it on the ground with the X key. So you can place the roadblock at a desire spot. We should use all the /dos for global environment /mes for action and keep the talking for voice chat. Because I think that the RP level of the server is going down, it's in fact converting in to a RPG sever, non rp driving (VERY ONE IS DRIVING LIKE NUTS), Every one is DMing, and Gun licenses should pass by a processes of selection and psychoanalysis.

Or just have a processes or a feature on the server that clean up all the rented cars and the requests without the need of a restart. Delegate more scrips to the client side so the server doesn't get that many of request. And optimize the code.

The bus shouldn't re-spawn when you get a time out, it should wait about 15 mins to be re-spawned when the driver got timeout. So that way we wouldn't be in the middle of no where when we get back.

Right now I just lose like 3k of my money. Because I keep getting timeouts while doing the test, Is there a way I can have the license, or get the refund of 3k? Plus It would be good to recover the 500 dollars if you get time out during the test. For the future. PS: Char Name: Arnold Williams
