  1. And would that ruin your precious shooter RP? A random shoot out /should/ be a last resort, a full blown war should be a last last last last resort. If you think the Bloods and Crips fight each other because of a little bit of disrespect then you shouldn't even be involved in this discussion. OR how about considering a NLR where you can't take part in multiple shootouts in a day if you get shot? Since this is a realistic server, I can't imagine Jermaine the corpse can shoot too well. Then you can put some thought in to the fear of being arrested? I mean you're roleplaying a real life person, right? I wouldn't want to be in prison for any reason, let alone multiple homicides.
  2. There is literally nothing wrong with these suggestions. YES a war should go through an appeal process before being declared and YES your character should be knocked out of the war until it's end if they killed. How /anyone/ can think that is anything but a good idea is beyond me. If you want to just go round fighting for random reasons there's a lovely German DM server right here on Rage that you can have a go on. I can tell you right now that Gang wars /Do not/ start over disrespect, whether that is short term or long term disrespect. Nobody would risk their organisations livelihood because you got soft skin and can't follow the mantra "Sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me." Feel free to have a look at the more serious roleplay servers if you want to find a good basis for inter-faction interactions.
