This is indeed something that has been very annoying to deal with as it does not only makes it harder for the more experienced EMT's to deal with, It also makes it harder for the new recruits because we have to teach them how to handle responding to calls in a totally different way then how we are supposed to and are used to deal with them. It was close to perfect before this happened.
