Goblins Diplomacy is based on respect!
Goblins respect everyone, doesn't matter if it's a new family/gang or they are an Old Gang, everyone deserves it, doesn't matter if it's an enemy or an allied or with neutral relation group.
Respect the enemy as an enemy is the first step to be respected!
Goblins build a good relationship with almost every group in the city.
Rooks, the relationship of that families did not start with correct feet, both families fight a few times to the labs. Both wanna show up to each other who is the best. The high command of both families meets and have a good talk about the wrong way both go, a neutral relationship was the best decision for both sides. That is an example of respect an enemy like an enemy and not like a dog. Both sides will win with that decision.
Daichead Gadaí (Famous Irish Family) one of the families who shows up almost the same time, at the beginning, everything was very good, both families trust a lot in one, after some time that relationship starts to drop, for which reason? Some disrespect, some actions, some wrong steps. Both families still respect others but not like in old times.
The Four Seas Order (FSO), Both families have good relations, many meetings happen, trust and respect was born from that relation. Both families probably don't give 100% to the relationship because the respect and neutral status is the main goal for both.
La Familia Michoacana (LFM), the high command of both families have a strong relationship and huge respect between them. Both families grow up in different ways but ways put respect on the relationship that was the many steps to have a stronger relationship not only the high command but the members respect each other.
Aztecas, an OG family in Los Santos. The relationship of both families come from old times. The high command of both families knows very well who is on the other side. Respect, trust, and loyalty. Both families trust a lot in each other, that is not something that was born or just made, was what respect give you! Both family support which others in many ways, events, illegal business, and other ways.
The Royal Clown Crew (TRCC), The relationship of both families was not good from the first days, both fight for the same! Labs, both families like to hold labs and keep them under control. Disrespect from both sides was huge and probably the main problem for both don't have a good relationship.
The Lost Moto Club (Lost), the relationship of both was the most stranger goblins have. That starts with nothing and they have a strong relationship in a few days. Where that relationship starts, honestly nobody knows but they trust a lot which other, anyone controls the relationship and both build it with respect, with business and trust!
Goblins and Lost have a bad relationship with TRCC, both together try to control the TRCC, many fights happen and both sides still stronger without moving their feet. When Goblins got attacked, Lost Show up. When Lost got attacked, Goblins show up. In one of the fights Goblins notify some names from FSO in the middle of the fight and they got shot by them, a strange thing, and without reason FSO was is TRCC and they attack Goblins. Don't make too much sense when Goblins and FSO have a good relationship.
One day, Goblin high command got to access the TRCC freq where some FSO was there talking about shipments and the Goblins. All the conversations got recorded. The Goblins feel stabbed by FSO.
After few days FSO and Goblins meet and things go so wrong, both sides leave that meeting with things to say and without a good relationship at all.
Goblins understand at that moment a big war will happen... They will have to decide which side they will stay.
Aztecas and LFM fight against TRCC, Irish, and FSO.
Both sides meet with Goblins, Aztecas, and LFM to bring their diplomacy up to Goblin's high command, and few days after TRCC, Irish and FSO ask for a meeting to discuss some diplomacy.
TRCC, Irish, and FSO meet Goblins
Many questions were made, Goblins don't understand the real reason for being attacked by TRCC and why FSO stab Goblins, probably Irish are only the guys who are in the middle of that without reason.
Neutral Status is claimed for them, be neutral, and stop attacking each other. Goblins have one question, how possible will forget what TRCC did after many attacks and many times both families disrespect which other now they are "neutral". Nothing got decided after the meeting because Goblins like to decide that in the family.
Goblins know if they refuse that offer, Irish and FSO will hit Goblins too because the 3 families are allied.
The Goblin Family meet and decide about what gonna happen. They have the two sides of the coin, or they refuse the offer and will fight on the side of Aztecas and LFM or they will be neutral with everyone and forget what happens with TRCC in the last months.
The decision was made and they decide to refuse! They will fight on the fight of LFM and Aztecas against TRCC, Irish, and FSO!
After the meeting Goblins high command text Irish and FSO for the respect they have for both families saying thank you for the offer but they can't forget what TRCC did in the last 3 months for that reason they will keep respect that 2 families and will be respected on the battlefield!
Almost every day both sides fight against each other, both sides looking for what they lost in other times on the street. RESPECT!

That is the First Paleto Party made by Goblins in cooperation with Aztecas.
The main idea will be to get some money with drinks and food but not scam people for giving them a little bit of fun! With the Half Pipe or "Death Pipe" called by some people, using BMX. With some Low-riders jumping.
Abilio Fresh talk with Aztecas about that and both have the same plan to give some good moments to their families.
They don't just wanna give a normal party.. Or just a meeting with a lot of families and groups, they want something bigger.
That party takes some time to plane. Preparing a good stage, have a good condition for food and drinks, they will need a good sound system for everyone to hear good music!
After a few meetings, the date was decided and it's time to start preparing everything for the moment. A huge order of burgers, tacos, and drinks was made! Goblins grab everything and store it inside the building for the party!
Every member starts to share the word of the party! That will be just the first of a lot of parties!

A lot of people come from different sides, from Los Santos, Sandy Shores, Chumash, and more!
Bikers from different clubs, LFM, Aztecas, and many other OG show up with different groups and families!
The party goes well.. everything has fun, Low Riders in the middle of the party everything got crazy with the jumps the cars can do! People on halfpipe doing huge jumps and having fun with that shit. Nobody expects the party goes so well!
It's amazing when you work hard and everything going so so good!
PD and SD show up!
Nobody is doing illegal shit or has his gun.. probably some guys with masks but just 3 or 4, everyone was in a good vibe, and BOOOM!
Sirens everywhere, fucking huge swat vehicles block the road from both of the sides and nobody can leave the zone! On megaphones they told everyone leaves the zone, but how it's possible when it's everything block and they have heavy weapons on the hands when we are just civilians looking to have fun?
Well, everyone just hands up and made a huge line. "They have enough reasons for what they did?"
Well, end of the day some guys got arrested because they start trash talk with cops and fail to comply with them..
Party ends with that situation! Sadly is not a good way to end a party but next time will be better! Learn with that situation for improvement next time!

Not every situation was simple to solve.
Not every problem has a solution but, you need to understand if you skip or you solve it without thinking about the costs.
Sometimes a simple conversation explaining what happens makes all the difference and the problem is when a family does not talk the problems start to become bigger and bigger, like a snowball.
The boss is not a monster with 3 heads if you talk he eats you, the boss is a soldier like you! Will cover you back for you to cover his back!
That is what means family!
One of the Goblins asks for the Lord Goblin to have a conversation, an important one, he explains his problems and the family problems.
And the Lord Goblin told him that.
"It's normal in every family the brothers and sisters have problems, fighting for no reason and make each other upset with stupid actions.
The Goblin Family is not different, that type of situation happens here! But! Everyone needs to be clear, need to talk and expose when the problems come. If each one still hides the problems and doesn't talk about them will be difficult to solve!
Sometimes we are so focused on the problem and we can't see the solution.
It's easier just turn your back and run, don't care about the problems. You prefer to give up then stay and solve the problems. Searching for a solution is that you mean? If you care about the family do not leave, stay and solve the problem! Help the family growing up because that is only possible if everyone has the same mindset!"
The Goblin now understands the most important is to stay together with a focus on the solution and not on the problem, identifying the problem is a first step to get a solution!

My suggestion about weed plantation and "ocean life",
Actually, we don't have much to do with water vehicles. Will be good to have some new stuff on the ocean.Crime:
- An island possible to plant weed will promote some good RP with water vehicles and people trying to hold that island for plant weed.
- The "normal" labs should change too, probably more tables with a reduced time for a cook at labs got worth then cook on your lab.
- Add criminal stuff on the water, like materials for cook drugs, like pseudo-ephedrine/toluene/muriatic acid mining it under-water or any process taking it from rocks near the ocean.
With that system in the case, we need to take something under-water a new item should add an oxygen bottle.Legal:
- License to drive a boat
- Possible to get different species of fish giving more money and less money, we already got information about the license for fish will bring some RP for police patrol people fishing and control who fish.
Areas for fishing on the middle of the ocean with more % to get a "rare" fish.That will make people use boats. Actually, the boats don't have a system for spot, will need to add an anchorage system.
The ocean has few people and will be good have some action where cops can patrol the boats and things like that, Should be added a license to drive a boat.-

All the stories have the same start, why don’t start in the end?
“Jonhy Crazy” will be arrested for illegal weapons and reckless drive. He drives a kamacho in the wrong lane of travel when a sheriff patrols the highway for which reason he drives on the wrong lane of travel? Big question without an answer!
Well everyone is important in Goblins Family and Johnny is one of the goblins so it's time to save that man from the law, inside the kamacho we have more 3 Goblins both of them armed!
“Abilio Fresh” takes control of the scene the mission will rescue Crazy, “Bob” one of the goblins drives a hakucho and he has an advanced position in that mission he is “Abilio’s” eyes!
They need to move fast! If they do not move faster than sheriffs more of them will arrive at the scene and it will become more difficult to rescue the guys!
The sheriff made Jonhy Crazy get out of the car for the reckless drive he will be arrested for that but when they search their pockets will see the pistol there and after that, they will search the kamacho and will see the heavies inside and the other goblins with guns.
Move quickly is the solution when already “Jonhy” was cuffed and the other 3 guys inside kamacho receive an order to get out is time to move. We just have 3 sheriffs on the scene and 1 of them is with “Jonhy” so “Abilio Fresh” told via Radio to the other 3 goblins aiming a gun when they are prepared for that. “Bob” already knows when he saw guns out he will need to move and help them before everything happen bob decides to put their GoPro recording!“Abilio Fresh” and “Jonh Sierra” both in the same car are real close ready for help the goblins, “Jonh Sierra” have the mission to stop the car and help “Jonhy Crazy” get inside the car and leave the situation!
The plan is simple, everyone has their work to do but something happens!
The 3 goblins aim guns at the sheriff and they get down on their knees the sheriff close “Crazy” grab their SMG and start to shoot Goblins like a hero.
Who knows how that ends?!
Nooo! We don’t get arrested!“Bob” comes out of the bushes and starts to shoot the sheriff, other goblins shoot the sheriff and he gets injured! But we can’t let any proof back! “Bob” gets close and with no mercy shoots the sheriff on the head in front of other sheriffs, they start shaking with fear!
“Jonhy” is inside the car and “John” just drive away!
Other goblins receive the order to get inside the kamacho prepare for leave when “Abilio Fresh '' aims a gun at sheriffs.
In seconds they disappear! Without any possible to retake or chase from Sheriffs.
The goblins hear on the streets the sheriffs talking about they.“The goblins move so quick we don’t get time for nothing”

A soft white layer of frosty snow lay over the city, giving it a peaceful and safe feel. But all is far from peaceful and safe on the streets of Los Santos. On the heels of snow have arrived some very odd events.
A strange group appears, causing citizens to take a double look. Their blue clothing and goblin masks are almost illuminated by the moon cast on the snow.But… Who are they?
Without any reason why, the city’s crime has climbed steadily. Blood is being spilled on the streets, leaving red streaks on the fresh fallen snow. Could these blue goblins be responsible for the robberies, killings, drugs and weapon trafficking… and other crimes running rampant in the city?
The story begins with four cousins traveling to a new city to change their lives.
Abilio Fresh, Ricky Soares, Jonh Sierra and Marco Sierra arrive in Los Santos together, a vast different place from the Portugal they left behind.
Their intentions are good ones. They want to live a peaceful legal life in this new city. They worked very hard as legal citizens, holding down several jobs each, grinding day in and day out to save all the money they could.
After a couple months more families arrived in Los Santos and these four cousins would lead the way to teach these others the way of the things.
Soon their Family would grow and start to create success for themselves. They started up a motorclub named Lusitan Riders with the intention that it would be a legal business, but that is not how things turned out.
Through chance, the cousins ended up meeting two of the most important people in the city, Jay Gamble and Kelly Gamble. They would meet during one of the Lusitan Riders roll around Los Santos.
Kelly Gamble, who likes to give her special touch in everything, gave Lusitan Riders a different name, Potato Gang! The Lusitan Riders didn’t know who the Gamble’s were, but they would form a great relationship with them soon after meeting.
Months would pass and then, by pure accident, one of the members Ricky Soares would fall on the illegal life and start cooking drugs and using illegal weapons.
In short, this would be the time all the group would start their illegal life in town!
A lot of things would happen in the weeks and months to come. Some members of the family would die, others would get arrested and some would disappear…
The Lusitan Riders even got dismantled by the police!
Some members would work in the shadows of the city towards their goals, without anyone knowing, where the big eyes of the city could not steal their ideas from them. During this time they would catch the attention of the most powerful groups in town. It would be during this time that they would be discovered by Jay Gamble who was head of the Los Zetas. But..
They would not take that change yet. Another opportunity would arrive in the from of an orange group called “The Wanted”. They would join the orange boys to get inside and learn all they could about illegal racing, which would make them fall in love with cars and a need for speed!
One day for an unknown reason, a war would start. The Wanted would go up against the most powerful gang in town, The Lost Zetas!
The portuguese boys (Potato Gang) would refuse to fight against their good friends. It was at this time that they would drop the orange colors and help their friends ( Los Zetas ) against The Wanted!
After the war finished they were given the change to join The Los Zetas, something they had been wanting for a long time! The cousins also got the opportunity and pleasure to meet Carlos “Naruto” the header recruiter!
Carlos taught the boys everything they should know about Los Zetas and after a loyal moment, Carlos give the green light for them to join! It was the happiest moment in their lives! They were officially Los Zetas!
But like always something bad would happen. Unfortunate events went down in Portugal, making some of them leave Los Santos. Only one of the Portuguse boys would remain in Los Santos, Abilio Fresh! There he would stay with them to continue to fight the law and the police wearing their blue clothing. They fought against everyone in their path who didn’t respect the blue colors! He kept fighting with them for all the brothers had left before! Having a lot of trouble with the police, Abilio was forced to start wearing a goblin mask. He did not realise at the time how much power there would be in wearing this mask. He would be recognized around every corner in town!
Luckily, months before, the Portugal situation stabilized and some of the Portuguse brothers decided to come back to Los Santos.
This was Abilio’s chance, and he showed everyone what he created and learned while the boys were out of town. It was after that that everyone decided to use the goblin mask!
After that, more and more people are joining the goblins and they start growing day after day!

When everything is going good something bad happens, the high command of Los Zetas disappear and the gang starts going deep that means something for goblins.
New chapter starts!
Lord Goblin
Lord Goblin, is responsible for all the maintenance and stability of the gang. Also has the most important word in this family, deciding military alliances and operations.
Confident Goblin
Confident Goblin is responsible for securing information, resolving disputes, creating doubt amongst enemies, and helping the Lord Goblin take some decisions about all the situations.
Commander Goblin
Commander Goblin is the underboss, who takes the control of the gang when the Lord Goblin is not in town. That means quick and thoughtful action, proven leadership and heading meetings in the name of Lord Goblin.
Captain Goblin
Captain Goblin are members of the organization that have proven themselves to be competent leaders and are deeply invested in the organization. When other high commands aren't around they should take control of the situations.
Sergeant Goblin
Sergeant Goblin, when the high command is not in town that guys are who control the family and assume the command in different situations.
One more step and they can be a high command but first, they need to deserve it with honor and respect on the streetsCorporal Goblin
Corporal Goblin, someone needs to help the soldiers and manage all the soldiers of the family. It's someone who has respect enough on the street and has the knowled. They still be an Old Goblin but with more responsibility on his back.
Old Goblin
Old Goblin (OG) have respect in town and is respected on streets.

Mini Goblin
Mini Goblin are the potential Goblin, These members have a lot to show and improve to be recognized. They got enough respect for receive that opportunity.
- Maintain our relations with the allies and the neutral Business Partners
- Have Respect for the Hierarchy and Chain of Command
- Must be a reliable and honourable member of the family.
- No Snitching. Don't cooperate with the law or enemies under any circumstances.
- Respect your brothers. We will not tolerate you down-rating anyone putting forth effort in this organization.
- Respect the Goblin Mask.
- Be one of the most respected Gangs in Town
- Became an Official Faction
- Buy new properties and business to increase the financial status of the gang
- Maintain good relations with allied Gangs and council
- Recruit experienced people, we want quality over quantity
- Global knowledge about the crime life in Los Santos
- Gain trust and respect from the Goblins
- Must be experienced in the city

Goblins Meeting always when the full moon appears, for some reason they prefer that special day. Like always the High command brings some stuff to goblins and that is the time for talking about problems and the future of the family.
The situation everyone talks about is about the war that happens on the streets, which side goblins are? That is something that worries the high command because they don't wanna put the family life at risk. The High Command decides do not get involved in that war, first is not their war and they don't have reasons for getting in and they will not break relationships and lose the respect they have in town.
After High command shows the solution and clarifies the problems and questions the goblins have is the time for promotion who deserves.
Like always a spot have water near for a "Free Shower", the shower of the success!
Some guys got promoted but that doesn't mean they will get their rank secure, some of them got it for a test, the high command will watch their moves and their ways to work and see if they deserve it or not!
Promotions end and for those who don't get that time a promotion is not an end of the line, they just need to show their values and demonstrate that to High command and the family!
Goblins have a good relationship with almost everyone, but one gang coming to create problems against goblins, "MoreBlood".
The words express for high command were simple,
"Respect to be Respected, don't forget to respect your enemy because that is just a start!"
After the meeting, some members decide to leave the family to help their friends on that war in that way they don't put the goblin family at risk. The high command of goblins respect their attitude and ask for the mask back, they will no more able to use that mask because they are no more member of the family.

Everyone waits for the special meeting, when the people in the recruitment process know if they get approved or not, when the members know if their efforts are enough to get a rank up.
Who receives a good mark will get a “free shower” like always and everyone wanna take a “free shower” of success!The meeting starts with the situation of the family.
What bad happened in the last weeks and what good happened, you show more respect to the mask and who helps more.“If you don't receive your rank up status it's because it is not your time yet! Keep improving and make others improve!”
After that meeting the high command got an opportunity to meet another family who helps a lot the family increase their fire power!
“Aztecas”“Abilio Fresh” text “Alicia” one of the high commands of Aztecas for a possible meeting, change some faces and discuss some diplomacy.
“Alicia” answers faster than expected and the meeting starts with a few numbers from aztecas but ends with all of the members they have available in town.
Names change and the diplomacy starts, future plans and future situations they can have.
“Goblins” Keep improving their relationship with “Aztecas” with imports and helping them with any situation they need, that is the way the respect between them increases!-

Possible for the owner of stores and gas stations to have managers or people working for them, people can have restocked the stuff on stores and refuel the gas station.
I know the gun store already has that system its something that can be added to stores and gas stations.
Dealerships should have that system to for more people working and get some money from that simple business not just the owner.
That can promote some RP with owners hiring people for care about their business.-

Irish Night
“The Goblin” and “Daichead Gadai” have good relationships and Mr. “Collie Fegan” invited all “Goblins” for a big open of their “Steamboat beers”, a pub located in the vespucci area.
When “Goblins” receive the invite everyone prepares their best suit for that party. They wanna appear with the best suit’s like a gentlemans.
They need that type of parties for the family to keep together and stronger.
“Goblins” roll together to that party and everyone gets in to enjoy the party, the life can't always be crime, shoots, drugs and traffic weapons.*Cough cough*
Well.. Drugs.. Party without drugs is not a party..The night starts well for some goblins, just for some..
Mr. “Collie Fegan” shows the goblins at their table, the thing they can't miss at that table is alcohol!
Irish Whiskey is the favorite drink for that night, every time one bottle ends another one arrives!The problem comes after when some goblins take the jacket some drugs.. (Heroin, Crack, Cocaine and some others)
Well we don't need to say how that night ended!Most importantly, everyone enjoys the party and has fun!
Praise for more moments like that is our last words.(next time without drugs)

That is not a normal night like others, but the question is why that night is so special?
On that Night the goblins coming out of the sewers and start to terrify and rob several stores in Los Santos!
They wait for a full moon night where their heads shine more and get inside the stores rob the cash and everything value there!
They wait for the cops to be busy and when that happens they attack the stores with everything!Storeman Report:
A ticket was left behind in every store they attack.
The night ends with a bag full of money ready to be laundry!
Jonhy Crazy with their knowledge and Contacts start a plan for laundry that dirty money!He texts the man who does that type of work and he answer how the system works.
Goblins just need to bring the money to the special location and the man changes the dirty money to normal money without any tax and without the law knows, that is the most important no?Money clean time to meet!
Everyone receives their cut, who works deserves receive!-

In the past few days, The Goblins changed their colors to brown due to some problem that Albani is causing in the city, with the council and other people. This change is temporary, and the real symbol of a goblin is the mask. It was a quick change to solve a minor problem in this city. Right now the goblins have other things to think and improve.
We are keeping our respect and good relation with other gangs and we are continuing to make progress. Goblins High Command is thinking about improving our business model and how our family is going to make more money. Gun Trafficking, Drugs, Laundry Money are the three big things that we are improving and making business with.
The Goblins business model will have a lot of opportunities for new members. We want to have a stable economy in the family to support in the future most of the costs, and help the members to achieve more success in the city and more power.
With that being said, the goblins continue to make history in the city and looking to make big things in the future. Of course, we have some things to solve, to discuss, to change, but that is what makes us stronger.
