I believe 800,000 to be a reasonable price. I wouldn’t recommend keeping any valuables in there per say, but the home is one of a kind. I could possibly negotiate within or around 100k less of the listed price, that’s about it I’m afraid.

The state allows plenty of building space off the island, which means if someone wanted to make a port, or marina of sorts, it would easily be possible. I just never got around to it.

-1, why just drags? If you want realism, which is what you’re implying by stating a drag shouldn’t have as much fuel as a 4 wheel vehicle, then all SUVs should burn through gas faster, all sports cars should have smaller tanks, etcetera. There’s no point in this suggestion unless they planned on doing it to every vehicle type.
