Mental Gymnastics
Jamaar had awoken from slumber on a cold Saturday, the snowplow clearing the roads working as an impromptu alarm.
He made his way to his wardrobe, lacing up his boots and placing his pistol in his waistband before making his
way towards The Wanted Refresh. Jamaar placed some orders to replenish the items that had run low. Shortly after
a familiar face had showed up to fulfill the order. Al Romano. Jamaar shook his head, letting out a slight chuckle.
"Ballsy, but I respect it". They began conversating like nothing these past few weeks had happened. "Its fuckin'
cold out here g, blast that heat" Jamaar exclaimed before hopping up into the mule. He placed his hand onto the grip
of his pistol, releasing it from his waistband and resting it on his lap. "So Al, I got a question for you?" "What
might that be?" he replied. "Whats that frequency nigga?" Jamaar asked while leaning his seat back with a grin forming on
his face. "Not sure if I can give you that man" Al responds, his eyebrows raised in surprise at the request. Jamaar's
face goes blank, looking at him before picking up his pistol and aiming it at Al's head. "I'll just make this clear
to you real quick. I'm deadass. So lets hear them digits".Upon receiving the frequency Jamaar makes his presence known, starting some small talk as he's laid back in Al's
mule. Many Triads were adamant about knowing who he had retrieved the frequency from, to which Jamaar gave vague
answers to fuel the fire. As expected, they switched after a brief ten minute conversation. They said their
goodbyes and the radio goes silent. "Time for round two" Jamaar says with a chuckle.Jamaar opens Al's phone and messages Lin Wong, a high rank in the Triads for the frequency update. He receives it
with no questions asked and enters the digits into his radio. Jamaar waits a moment, making Al speak on the radio
far before he makes his presence known once again. This caused confusion and fingers to be pointed. Jamaar lets out
a laugh, amused at them doing exactly what he wanted from this. This occurred across 4-5 frequency changes before
a meet was held to find out who wasn't present. This gave Jamaar another idea.Jamaar returns to Al, placing the mask onto his face and tightening the straps. Al lets out a muffled sentence from
behind the mask. "I thought we were pals".At this point, Jamaar and Al had went across the city a few times to fulfill each order throughout the day. With his
store stocked up and the Triads taking extra measures to create a private frequency, Jamaar had grown tired of the
mind games. He left Al with the sabotaged mask and left the scene to see how it played out. While the information
gathered was minimal, what was heard on the other end was very worth it in the end.- 15

Watched this group build from the ground up. From day one i've had only positive roleplay experiences with these guys and i'm eager to see what the future holds for them. Keep up the good work.

Perhaps you need to re-evaluate what roleplay is. Roleplay is not just sitting at a gas station looking at nicely modded cars. Roleplay is having realistic consequences for actions. For one reason or another, you are at war with an alliance of two of the strongest gangs on the server. Not being able to get a breather to do what you want, is roleplay. It's their force projection. The fact that they are so strong that you do not get to do what you usually do, is part of roleplay.
You're a bit naive to the point here. I expect to have realistic consequences thrown my way. Lets say for example that all we do is sit at our station and race. Fuck it up cuz', go for it. Bottom line is, we aren't asking for the ability to rp what we want, we're asking to have even a sliver of an opportunity to play the game rather than gta online with demands thrown in at every given moment. Again, I don't know the solution but I hope you get my point. I've said all I need to say. Take care.

There were rules if engagement in place to prevent larger factions from ganging up and trouncing smaller factions. This prevents people's ooc time investments from going poof overnight.
I've preached from the beginning of my journey here that roleplay isn't meant to be balanced. Thanks for the input but I disagree with the idea of limiting ones power and rp.

I'm gonna try to remain neutral and refrain from bias when responding to this post.
While I agree with the idea of spicing up gang wars, i'm not a fan of forcing an end to the rp. If a reason is valid it should be up to both sides to decide on when that conflict is to conclude or someone ceases to exist. With an idea such as that in place, gangs will never run the risk of being killed off. When putting in almost a year of my life into this project that risk was always resting over my shoulders.
I know where this post is coming from. Its less about winning/losing and more so about the roleplay that surrounds "vice" tier wars where one group is gang banged until they lose motivation to play. There is no rp outside of meetings and its a pvp server 24/7 for us now. Word, I feel ya. Do I have a solution? No.

- Secondly, after significant events such as a big shootout between warring factions, i'd have a timeout period where the aggressor members of the event can't attack the victim members unless they are provoked by them. The timeout period, how significant an event was and whether it's provocation to attack them while on cooldown would be at admin discretion.
Agree with these ideas 100%. May be difficult to enforce, but a viable solution nonetheless.
1 hour ago, alexalex303 said:So basically you'd like an OOC crutch for weaker factions to lean on when stronger factions fight them?
Although the post mentions a crutch I don't agree with, anyone who is familiar with our group knows we're passionate about roleplay and less about who's better at the video game. Direct your attention to the emphasis on placing rules in order to promote further roleplay. I have no problem fighting stronger factions that can kill us off (i.e Zetas and Triads) so long as we can take a breather here and there to do what we're here for. If there's no roleplay on a roleplay server? Bet. Ima head out.

The current state of importable body armor is stagnant. Nobody bothers using it for a reason, whether its pricing, inability to take it off, losing it upon crashing, etc.
While it should remain as an item you need to handle with care, the current pricing and stability of it in-game needs to be reworked 100%.

Clarification
The return of The Wanted founders had raised a conversation. Whether they were out of the city
for an extended period of time or locked up for heinous crimes, upon arrival they were met with
a feeling of paranoia. Seeing them return to straight conflict rather than experiencing the
prime Wanted era had broken Jamaar's heart. Many months ago following the vice war an agreement
between the founders of The Wanted and Los Zetas was made to establish neutrality and respect.
With that being said, a meeting was called between council and The Wanted to discuss the reasons
behind the conflict. With the founders present, the catalyst of this declaration was spoken on before requesting what
would conclude the conflict. As expected, the council had put them into a position that couldn't
be resolved without essentially killing off the organization that had been on the rise since early
January. The Wanted's leadership and founders spoke it over briefly before respectfully declining
their request and returning to their convoy of hungry members anticipating further action.- 18

Warfare
It was a day like any other. Jamaar was actively picking up heavy weapon imports from undisclosed
locations. The atmosphere on radio was filled with glee, everyone participating in their day to day
criminal activity. Jamaar had ran into some trouble, SED was on him and his significant other's tail
after leaving a drop off location. Adrenaline rushing through his veins, Jamaar swerved in and out
of lanes in an attempt to lose those tailing him. It was looking good until a series of notifications
were heard coming from his phone. *Bing* *Bing* *Bing*. He had hid behind an abandoned building,
heart still racing as he reached for his phone. "Hm... Jay". He began reading the series of messages,
his racing heartbeat from before coming to a complete halt as a look of concern forms on his face.
He returns his attention to the sirens blaring from behind him as he attempts to flee law enforcement
once again. Jamaar looks down at his gas tank, showing a mere %1 fuel before letting out a sigh.
His gaze shifts to the sky, sun setting as his vehicle comes to a halt. He closes his eyes as an arm
wraps around his shoulder, pulling him out of his car. Rock bottom. The Council had declared war on The Wanted despite countless months of being on the same page and
working to avoid any conflict. The primary reason was due to respect diminishing between The Wanted and Council. While The Wanted and Triads had seemingly always been friendly with each other, a recent incident where a
Triad member was injured by a member of The Wanted had raised tension. Prior to the declaration it was
close to being resolved, but as the diplomacy changed it was never spoken of again. The Los Zetas had always shown disrespect. Their members treated the neutral, high speed, orange gang like dirt
and as a result it grew harder and harder for members to bite their tongue. As much as high-command
got along, the organization doesn't appear to understand the importance of mutual respect.A secondary reason was weapon sales. It was rumored that The Wanted had not been dedicated to the pricing they had
agreed on. Unfortunately for council, this accusation is false. The pricing system they had benefits a neutral
organization such as The Wanted greatly. It was of high importance and prior to the declaration an updated import
system was implemented by leadership to ensure it is kept consistent. Similar to the triad dispute, this was
dropped as well. Thus leaving council as the soul reason for the impending market failure. The Wanted has never
broken the agreement but its actively being discussed at this current time.Shortly after the war was called, The Rooks had requested a meeting to discuss where they stand and their future plans.
Jamaar obliged and spoke about the situation at hand. The Rooks are like a second family and are held to higher standard
than any other organization The Wanted has crossed paths with. The days pass. Plenty of shootouts between both sides. The Wanted is unsure of when this conflict may conclude
but one thing is certain. The Wanted will fight until they breathe their last breath.- 28

Pointless suggestion in my opinion. Stealing police cars on its own is idiotic in terms of rp and the last thing we need are features to encourage it more.

October 13th 2019 marks the official grand opening of The Wanted Refresh, an extension to The Wanted Reup.
At this convenience store you can find some of the best deals and atmosphere any store has to offer.
The Wanted has been making big plays in the business field and they plan to conquer more obstacles
and achieve more goals along their journey.A long awaited meeting between The Russian Mafia and The Wanted was underway. The Wanted had been
growing rather frustrated and antsy due to consistent rumors revolving around the group in question.
It was decided that the Russians would be given an opportunity to defend themselves before any
action was taken. The outcome of that meeting remains as an ongoing discussion. The West Coast Assassins had been making moves and emitting a strong presence in the city of Los Santos.
The Wanted and The West Coast Assassins were introduced to each other and have been in good standing
ever since. WCA had reached out to Jamaar in order follow up on a previous discussion, to which he
obliged. WCA was informed of The Wanted's standing on a particular event involving the two organizations.
Later on, the WCA leaders gave Jamaar and Wesley a tour of their newly purchased, in-progress club.Upon departing from the previous meeting with WCA, Jamaar and Mike rendezvous to induct further changes
to their import system.Earlier on in the week, a handful of Wanted members embarked to the Mirror Park Tavern for the "Life's a Beach"
event to show some love. It was a solid experience and a good opportunity to take a breather from the usual day to
day work.- 16

+1 for any diverse, thought out criminal work ideas.

With new found recognition from the Cartels overseas, this left The Wanted with easy and cheap
access to heavy weaponry. Word quickly got around about The Wanted entering the weapons trade
resulting in many business opportunities arising from various individuals and groups alike.
Upon discussing the pricing and terms with the council, bulk import agreements were decided
upon and other members of The Wanted worked on expanding their own clientele to build up
monetary gain independently. The week had been busy and exciting. In honor of the group's achievement an impromptu street race
tournament was held at The Wanted Reup track. Fifteen participants competing for a quick cash
prize with the two runner ups being awarded lower increments. The Elegy Retro Custom was the hot pick for the selected track. Those who brought them to the starting
line dominated, leaving the final race with four Elegys to battle it out.The participants zoomed past the finish line, securing both their positions and prizes. Our top three
winners for this event was Edward Wayne securing third place, Deakin Storm securing second place, and The
Wanted's own Draven Vaspucci securing the first place prize. Thank you to everyone who came out
to participate. Many more to be planned in the future.- 13

-1 on changing prison sentences
+1 on more things to do in prison
I'm always up for PrisonRP but the sad reality is that prison is either pretty much empty or filled with people doing afkmath.
Personally I think they should just remove the afk timer and keep the sentence structure the way it is.

Hello,
My organization has had a couple rough patches in the past with Los Santos Customs resulting in these "blanket bans" and were solved both professionally and with proper communication. Not sure why that has regressed since our last formal talk. While I strongly believe these mass bans only add fuel to the fire and result in more chaos on your premises, that is besides the point. Although our situation was vastly different than the Los Zetas, we were willing to work things out and so are they (maybe not as straight forward, but pointing fingers won't help your case). This is made quite clear from previous posts sent from those affiliated. Communicate or risk more lives? The choice is yours my friend.

The wars between the council, Seaweed and Los Calaveras had been wrapped up. As predicted from
the neutral parties, the council had reigned superior leaving those on the opposing side lost
and ridden with shell shock. One of those lost individuals who had parted from Seaweed for
various reasons was a man named Nico Sainz, a kid who appeared to have infinite potential
in the beginning. He was vouched for, tested thoroughly and brought into the family with
open arms after proving himself. While he had very similar interests and got along with
the crew, little did he know that The Wanted had soon learned about something that would
change their perception of him indefinitely. The Wanted had met with Seaweed OG's and a couple of council members who all came forward with
information regarding something Nico couldn't hide forever... his past. While The Wanted had
been told by Nico that he left on good terms that was far from reality. He had backstabbed
those he called his brothers and worked as an informant for self gain. The Wanted were left
furious, looking back at the good times with Seaweed before their downfall that Nico had most
definitely contributed to. He had to go.Nico had been growing on Jamaar, making the deed far more difficult than any other brutal act he
had to go through with to protect his people. The time had come and everyone was in position.
Jamaar lined everyone up, pointing his SMG to Nico's back and ordering him onto his knees
before ripping the mask off of his face...- 12
