Base Value is valued at 100,000 less then what your asking, what have you done to make it worth an additional 100k? Theres 4 units for sale there right now, yours being the cheapest but making the area not so "unique".

I would not mind putting restrictions on logging in specific areas. But generally and as a hole, no thanks.

Exactly, and its how it should be, The process should take a while anyway, it puts the realistic things in to play such as going an ICLY examining the area that would be renovated, getting the proper paperwork, blueprints etc.

Im not sure if what thiggins19 said will work because thats not what I had to do. When I donated the 100 Euros, it was actually about 130 for me I was told to PM proof of the following things to NBDY and or OSVLDN.

I did that and withen a few days I had my Donator Status In Game and everywhere else, I also never had to spend any credits to get it, so I dont think that is true.

Viewing several comments throughout this thread yeah I'm starting to believe the very notion of asking people to help collective set new and better RP trends on the server is asking too much.
However, I will continue to try, but you may actually be right tbf.
If I had a house, I would go home everyday, a lot of us would it creates roleplay. But its hard for some people to obtain houses due to the low number of them and the constantly changing real estate market.

I understand where your coming from but this is flat out just asking way to much. I dont see this NONRP either, someone has to log off they have to log off. No RP needed. Especially the PD? Why should Officers be able to log out at the PD? A lot of PD stations in the US actually hold housing for some officers.

Not faction leaders or faction members. Faction Leaders run the faction out of the building, the GOVERNMENT owns the building. Factions should submit a zoning request to the city - if approved the building material funds would be taken from the factions payroll vault and then development would come through and submit the new designs. This is the only way I would like to see it working.

My recommendation is too raise the power limit to as far as it can go, this won’t effect every day power use or the overclock, it just ensures that it won’t happen again.
With the bad pcie slot, that may just have been a bad cable which can cause problems usually further down the line of constant use or right after adjustment. This all happened to me awhile ago and it was due to me not plugging one of the power connectors into my GPU fully hence the similar experience in general.

Nah legit nothing any of us tried works. You wanna know what it was? Should I tell ya? Ok I will tell ya! It was Freesync! Who would of thought....Freesync was causing this issue the hole time.... And I baught this expensive ass monitor for freesync specifically and the 144hz. Well at least I can still enjoy the 144

I think I fixed this by ramping my GPU overclock by extending the fan speed and making the power limit +50

Turns out I never even overclocked my CPU, thought I did but never saved so that wont be it either. Happens overclocked or not.

I'm pretty sure this can be resolved in your Power Options on your Windows PC.I think by default Balanced is selected so if power is needed else where it'll take it from somewhere else.. in this case your monitor display.
Try changing this to High Performance then change the plan settings so both options in there are set to Never.Give it a test run and see if this has sorted it for you.

I used to RP having the radio on my ear (like the animation in game when holding M) and if officers would leave it for whatever reason I would RP pushing my ear against the seat of a cruiser and inform my buddies how many officers are holding me.
You can also RP it being in your back pocket of your pants so when you get cuffed with your hands behind your back you would be able to press the button
Adding this would kill RP a little bit but it would reduce rulebreakers
You cant do this, I did something similiar and got reported for FEAR RP. Not sure if ill be punished or not yet, but the pocket of your pants and pressing up against the button deal will only get you reported.

HEY GUYS! Its Brixton! I help a lot of you now its time for one or some of you to help me!
While IN GAME only, every 5-15 minutes usually every 5 or so my screen will turn black when im driving or running around. I feel like this is a graphics issue. It cant be my drivers because I just uninstalled all my graphical drivers and reinstalled them.
- i7-3770 (Will upgrade this eventually to a 9700k)
- Radeon RX 580
- 16GB DDR3
- 25X 144HZ Monitor (X2 Additional Monitors currently offline to fix graphical errors)
- Vsync Off, FreeSync on -
- Graphical settings all set to "High"
- DirectX11
- 1920x1080 Res with 16:9 Aspect Ratio
- GPU overclocked - testing CPU overlclock but no difference noticable from that and issue till Constantine.
- Does anyone have any clue as to why my game would turn black and back on every so often? Only happens IN GAME.
- The game is still very smooth and playable with 75-95 FPS but still blackscreen issues.
- Usual FPS is up to 200 without Vsync and Freesync
- FPS Normally around 75-95 with FreeSync on
- 50-85 with Vsync and Freesync on.
Ive googled this issue for days and tried everything I could, Time to ask some real pros... GAMERS! Thanks for anything!!

It sounds like you might have gotten approved on one account but not sure which. Did you take the quiz on multiple accounts? I would go through all the Log Information (i.e username and password}'s that you used and see if those work.
Double check your email and read the details.
