1G just steps away from the Fishing drop off location. Easy access/parking. Perfect for quick access to the main hub of the city.
150k for it for you in this post only, I'll be making an auction for it soon where bidding starts at 100k if you'd like to participate in that. will send some pictures soon, currently out of town working.
That sounds amazing, I'll be awaiting for the pictures, thanks

29 Alta street just across Postal HQ and south of bank. Best 1G in the neighborhood. Ideal location in the heart of the city a few meters away from the highway if you go out of town often. I’d like to go for 180K but its definitely negotiable. HMU.
Sounds interesting, is there any pictures I can see before I arrange to view it please.

I'm looking to put my foot on the property ladder. I have $150,000 to hand but I could reach to around $200,000 at a push.

Just like to point out that last night we had fair prices for units from LosZantos247. I would like to thank them if they are reading this for your cooperation!

And stop with the "way of trucker life, trucks are expensive to maintain, i have a family to feed" crap , you litterally get a free truck running full of gas and free will to choose, there is NOTHING forcing you, every decision you make is because youwanted to.
I don't know if you realized but a good half of us truckers actually own our rig. We went out of our way to purchase it. So we are now liable for our own upkeep of our rig.
And because some truckers who "rent" their rig they tend to be more aggressive with it and start slamming into us truckers while doing their job.
