  1. -1 This is more of an issue of do not get your car impounded and you won't be annoyed. Parking somewhere without a valid parking ticket or getting your car impounded by PD for illegal actions has consequences. Trust me you will be waiting a heck of a lot longer than 30 minutes if you had your car impounded IRL. The system works, shouldn't be made easier for people who don't like it because of inconvenience.

  2. I am a -1 on this one. I feel like the loan companies fulfill this already and that if this were to be implemented there would be major abuse and people would never actually pay there stuff off they would be in so much debt.

  3. HUGE +1. There has been a huge issue with people doing this straight after being injured and some even while under gun point.

@Jasmine The radios that i have seen that effectively erase data in seconds are stupendously expensive. The one our special forces use are $1k+ IRL and i personally don't think those erase that quickly.

Also, from criminal stand point it would take way too long for even the high level criminals to master something like this.

Huge +1. Stealing a car should not be as easy as bobby pinning a door. Crims are always complaining that they want new things, more challenging things. Here is something that they can actually start to challenge their roleplay with.

  5. big 'ol negativo one. As mentioned above death rp is a reward that is granted more often than people want to give credit for. The biggest deterrent to giving death rp is when you go straight to /b and start arguing about the fight you just had. If that's the case come to the forums and argue it out, don't use your frustration in game and go straight to /b to argue a "rulebreak".

If official factions can't handle small criminals RP wise why should we give them advantage with ooc rules just because they're official?

There have been official factions with less than 10 members. Official doesn’t mean big. Official means they have worked their asses off to get further benefits in the city.

-1... With  these kinda rules , server would die. Because all the players would leave it 😕 As other person said , being unable to play is already a punishment.

i disagree that the server will die. I think yeah for the first offense maybe this is a bit rough, but for people that continue to commit these types of offenses there should be a further consequence than just being away from the server. If I were to be honest, as a member of the community, I dont want the people who are doing these things to be a part of the community especialy if they are just coming back to repeat the same offenses.

  8. This is a pretty straight forward idea, if you have been found to have committed an offense so severe that it warrants a permanent ban from the server, you should upon appeal and return have to start with an asset wipe. Meaning all houses, cars and cash be removed from your account and you start fresh from a financial stand point.

I feel that if something like this were to be put into place we would see a lot of people breaking rules a hell of a lot less and the server becoming a more immersive environment that doesn't require an admin report every time there is a shootout.

  9. I believe scamming is in the nature of the beast when it comes to ECRP. You are very able to avoid being scammed, i think an alternative and better idea would be to look into a listing place for houses (more streamlined than the marketplace) and placing another car selling lot that would cater to mid level cars Low End ($1-$30k) Mid End ($30001-$250k) Highend ($250001-whatever your hear desires). This will atleast help the problem with trying to sell a vehicle in the city which i agree is a major issue.

  10. Its a great idea that i feel should be afforded to people who have gone through the pains of becoming an official illegal faction that could work off of a similar system that prison break outs work on right now. I also believe that the sum awarded should be judged by an admin who is able to watch the entire scenario play out and grade the RP. This is an RP server, no a get rich server. I want to promote good RP not getting rich. Now if you want to get rich with good RP I am 100% for that and 100% willing to watch every single robbery if I had to in order to make sure that things go smoothly. I also agree with the minimum number of officers suggested above. I think 15 is a pretty steep number to obtain and still keep order in the city but i do believe that their should be the available resources to respond if caught/alarm tripped.

  11. I agree with everything except for the ammo thing. I believe that having a limit on ammo will keep everyone from just unloading a clip every time they are in a fire fight and make them actual savor each bullet shot. It keeps down DM and all that comes along with the heavy weapons, however I do believe the government could use a major rehaul with the introduction of elected officials who are then given a legitimate budget based on the needs of all of the government factions. This will in turn also eliminate the cash issue that we run into on the server where there are people with ridiculous amounts of money from spending ridiculous amounts of time (nothing against that) in their faction racking up 45-60 hours in a single pay period. If there were budgets, real issues would fall off of that making our world more immersive and therefore making the experience more challenging and fun. but hey thats just my 2c
