How is 50k a week destroying the economy? Anyone who has VIP and works a legal job makes more every week from saving on the tax. I believe it's fine as it is, let people do whatever they want with their property, 50k ain't going to change anything. As Alex said, it's a very niche market, not too many people rent.

Could maybe make it work only after /cpr has been used, this way it doesn't really let much room for abuses since using /cpr without proper roleplay is already an abuse.
