  1. Or do more quality roleplay and don't flex your heavies then be mad when you lose them? And don't store them in places that are known to be yours? You think the mob cooks drugs in their living room? Or that they have 10 AKs under the bed? Considering there's no way for PD to find out who owns the house unless something happens there, you'd be safe and sound if you'd put your mind to work a little. It's funny how crims act like they own the world with how rich they are but if you check game suggestions it's full of the same guys protesting :)) You will never be pleased, no changes will ever please you, if this changes, tomorrow you'll find another reason 🙂

Here's why it's not okay, If I were to buy an apartment with Bitcoin, let's assume it costs me $200. Then, if I were to rent it out continuously for 10 months at a minimum of 40k, I would have almost half a million in one year. That's a way for me to make money without grinding on the server.

But, when it comes to taxes, you will need to put in hours grinding for that salary. You are playing on the server to earn that money.

What's the purpose of buying it just to rent it if you're not going to use it?

Yeah mate, good luck, go buy something with 500k, it will make 0 difference on the server 🙂

Selling credit items for in-game money would destroy server economy🤩

How is 50k a week destroying the economy? Anyone who has VIP and works a legal job makes more every week from saving on the tax. I believe it's fine as it is, let people do whatever they want with their property, 50k ain't going to change anything. As Alex said, it's a very niche market, not too many people rent.
