1) Yeah why not +1, its odd seeing city police cars out in the middle of no where. 2) Definitely +1, It will work as an extra money sink for richer people and the ability to get from south to north within a minute should be good. But definitely something needs doing to avoid people just going kamikaze into people. 3) Without a doubt +1111. I understand why banks are a NCZ but the fact you can't do a bank job is just wrong, I'm not sure why stores are the only thing you can rob. 4) Definitely +1111. People should get some kind of email notification or something AT the least. Personally I just lurk on the forums once every few days so if someone reported me for whatever reason, I would be completely clueless. 5) I've never bought a house so I can't really comment. 6) Hell yeah, To bring people together and roleplay in a nice relaxed fun casino, like poker but even better?
