+1, mechanics could really use some new stuff

If its just plain addition without anything to it -1. If there are more stuff leading into it for example some kind of training to learn(or get permission) to do it or that only few people in the faction could do that then +1.

I have same problem aswell, I just relog till VOIP fixes itself, sometimes it's 10 times times sometimes its 3-5.

Hello, I think it would be amazing if workers(Truckers, money transporters, couriers), would refill their vehicle's fuel when coming in the base for new post boxes, money bags, or refilling their cargo depending on the job. Alternative to this idea: If we refuel in the gas station (while working) government would cover the costs for fuel. IF this can be abused, then government could only cover the costs if work's vehicle is below: 20% fuel, OR worker is atleast required to do full route to be able to refuel for free. Why I think it's needed? 1. It adds abit more rp( atleast in my opinion )2. It may reduce the mess that's happening in the bases(HQ's) of the jobs. Any sensible criticism, improvements to my my suggestions is welcome.
