Those 4 extra GB of RAM and new CPU cooler actually helped, I think, that RAM's are not the problem, the CPU is the main problem of all the lag's and textures, so if you buy a decent cooler, it will actually help. -

My textures are loading very hardly (only in Eclipse RP, it's fine in GTA V online or story mode), sometimes game even freezes for a few seconds. I turn every single process off when im playing. Also, when I play, my CPU temperature goes to 65 Celsius. My graphics are ALL lowest. I already ordered a cooler for my CPU and 4GB more RAM, will it help? I have this PC for 2 years, i don't think this is the reason. All my drivers are updated. I attached my PC specs.
