It happens every so often. Meanwhile it gets looked at You can do as follows, when the customer gets out of the cab and it shows that he has paid 0$ or does not show at all You can Role-play that the customer forgot to pay and ask him to get back in the car or do it in ooc chat but what You do is: You ask the person to get back in the cab, when he`s inside the car You get out, and get back in again.Then the passenger can get out again, and You`ll get paid. Apparently it resets the taximeter.
