  1. First Battalion Officers gathered around at an arms camp, as each began their official appointments at their posts. Commands such as Executive Officer and Intelligence Officer were issued. The Battalion Officers were issued orders as to how to go forward in operations as well as issued their weapons. Battalion Directives have been issued as to learning the terrain of the land further. Directives were further issued by command as to the appropriate departments that information should be passed on to and their appropriate officers. The Battalion was appropriately organized and informed. It was battle-ready and at full strength. Operations are set to begin!
  2. *Posters would be seen hung up around Grapeseed, Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay* CONTACT YOUR LOCAL UNIT! DEFEND OUR NATION!
  3. The beginning of the Battalion Officer Corps was taken out for doctrine training prior to taking on the final members of the First Battalion. First Battalion's officer's were eager with questions in regards to the conduction of operations and how First Battalion should behave in different areas. The first few stages of 'The War of People's Liberation' were discussed at length. Debates over strategy and tactic were had, running emotions high until after a few hours, all went silent. All had agreed, as one, on how the People's Revolutionary Army would conduct this war! As one, agreement on how to Liberate the Homeland! How the shackles of oppression would be torn off and replaced with Freedom, Peace and Revolution!
  4. The First Battalion launched its recruitment campaign, recruiting trusted individuals of the public. The latest recruitment took in a member that was formerly a member of the "San Andrean Society". The newest addition to the force was attached to an Executive Officer for training in hopes of turning their skills into use as a Battalion Officer. The recruit swore an oath to the People's Republic, alongside an oath to serve the Party. Command had decided that it became necessary to pick and choose carefully due to an overwhelming number of interested individuals, with quality over quantity being particularly important. While First Battalion was rapidly filling up, anyone who wasn't appointed to a position was clearly looked at by High Command for Second Battalion. Logistics was quickly becoming an issue, as the force wasn't expecting as many weapons to be needed so soon.
  5. The People's Revolutionary Army was a radical answer to a radical question. In 2020, Liam Underwood, Daniel Coleman and Benjamin Kraft were a part of close-knit "San Andrean Society", a group founded on the ideas of a shared bond, tied together by their state and their locality. The Society attempted to push home the importance of San Andreas, how its traditions have moulded the locals and the deep history that runs along every inch of soil across the land. Tales of old were told of when natives once ruled the land, with stories of great legend originating from the base of Mount Chiliad or the secrets hidden in the swamps under a blanket of mist. A great sense of prowess of their homeland was instilled in its small member base. Of course that all came to an end with the incorporation of San Andreas into the United States. Some members of the San Andrean Society disagreed with the direction the Society was heading. The founding idea of a Society based around local history and legends, an interest in the locality had formed into a heavily Nationalist and Secessionist movement. It caused a great rift within the Society, causing it to ultimately cease existence. This left extremist members of the group on their own, with no direction. Liam Underwood took on the task of forming a secessionist force, believing the people have been robbed of the natural wealth of the land while being exploited by America. Members such as Liam were often ostracized by society, far too poor to ever afford housing. There was a strong belief in the group that the lower and larger strata's of the population were being exploited in order to extract as much as possible economically from the land. While Los Santos and the rest of the USA had been experiencing economic growth, Sandy Shores, Grapeseed and the surrounding areas were being neglected with little to no investment in the area. A lack of housing state-wide, from Davis in the south to Paleto Bay in the North gave credence to the issue. Across San Andreas, there was what were practically slums wherever you went. A complete lack of upper class residents investing and no representation in state and national assembly's led to a discontent by some in the areas such as Sandy Shores and the Zancudo River area. The force was then founded by Liam Underwood, alongside old comrades from the San Andrean Society, Daniel Coleman and Benjamin Kraft. Members must have at least 10,000 experience to join. This is lower than other factions but as long as they know their way around RP and the server, there's no issues. Members must be active within the server as due to the nature of the RP. The positions within a battalion must be active in order for it to work. They must be assessed to be of good standing within both the server and the faction while attempting to avoid any largely criminal individuals.
