There will be certain cars out on the shop floor, and the people that work there, can also change the cars that are out. E.G. If someone wants a Sultan and it's not out on display, then you could change a car to the Sultan. With the Finance there will also be commission, EG 30% will be the highest and 15% should be the lowest. I agree it would take something Special, but if it's possible then I would love to see it on the server.
I think having a Loan Company finance the loan would give equal parts business to both companies. More RP for everyone. We do it now but it's not scripted

Okay, so if it's possible to add that ability, it was also add the ability to add the Repo job, and for example if someone buys a car on finance, and they don't make the payments then would require the repo job to call them up, and tell them they owe money on the car. If they don't pay within a certain amount of time then you can repo there car and take it back to the dealership. The Repo Job would also have an app on the phone to tell them who owes money, and how much, what there number is, and when they were last seen in the city.
I would love to see vehicle financing and repo teams. Could be done completely 3rd party via a Loan Company or have the Loan Company underwrite for the dealership.
It would take some special scripting and/or government assistance to make it possible.

-1 I don't believe we should limit player's free speech because some people talk rudely. It is not that unrealistic for someone to call someone else a bitch. We even go as far as to let people be racist IC (OOC racism is not tolerated) however if it comes to the point of harassing someone IC with hate speech/racism and they do not stop when told to by a staff member it is then considered a rule break.

I think its NonRP for anyone to think they can roll up to a heavily guarded area and try to murder someone. I'm simply saying the burden for better RP is on the players not the devs/staff to change the rules to allow for a revenge kill in a NCZ.

A criminal who is robbing people, in my opinion, shouldn't be a coward and hide in a NCZ. People who consistently do this are not providing high level/quality RP. Just because you can hide in a NCZ doesn't mean you should. I could just run and gun & "hands up this is rob" all day long and completely play within the rules, but would be providing low level RP.

If you are letting your victim(s) escape to a NCZ then maybe you didn't plan your robbery/attack very well. If the tables turn and the original attacker is being chased by his victim(s) then it sounds like they can't handle a taste of their own medicine.

I've seen refunds for hand to hand loans be drastically reduced because they didn't use the script. If hand to hand loans are refunded the same way as scripted loans from a company, then loan companies are almost obsolete aside from a nice office to RP inside (which you could do at anyone's office because the doors don't lock).

That percentage is whatever the interest rate was. Only the profit is taxed (at least it should be). A company's tax rate shouldn't be based on the owners personal assets. If loan company's had their own separate bank account (like car dealerships) we could have a seperate tax bracket based on how much is in that account. Loan companies by the nature of their business are going to have lots of money to invest with so the brackets would need to be expanded.
Right now if you are giving out loans hand to hand your refund will be smaller compared to getting scammed via the loan company script. (Over 50% of your loan amount vs a 15k scam limit deduction).
1. The ability for assets to be directly purchased by the loan company where they will be released either by paying off the loan or seized if never paid back. This wouldn't be automatic but through a command.
2. There is a potential for repossession RP if we had a few more tools. If I could give someone a permanent key to a car and the ability to retrieve from Mors, the loan company could essentially be the rightful owner of the vehicle until the loan is paid. If it goes unpaid then a repo team can be sent out to find the vehicle and change the lock, rendering the client's key useless.
3. The ability to delete a loan would be beneficial as well. I have several loans unpaid in the $20-40k range. I can't submit a refund request for some of these and asking a dev to manually delete is time consuming.
4. The /buzz command, to my knowledge, is only heard by the two parties talking. I can use /buzz and no one can RPly see I'm talking to someone. There should at least be a message that someone is using a pager/buzzer much like sending a text on a phone.
5. This one isn't that important but the ability to refinance a loan would be cool. I use cash penalties if someone is late but if the loan could be refinanced to a higher rate for the unpaid balance this would help automate things and keep it in script.
6. Ability to change the name of the loan company and lock the front door. I dont think the owners name should be on the name plate either but thats not a big deal.
7. A chair for the office desk. There has never been a chair for the owner to sit in at the computer. I am unsure if placing furniture in a loan company is possible since this new update.

While I like the idea of more jobs and maybe even competition for DCC, as of now there would be nothing stopping an Uber driving from robbing a passenger or using the car to commit other crimes. The vetting process of getting hired and trained for an official faction weeds out most of the criminals.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Some members of DCC are logging more /fduty hours then they have actually worked.
Expected behavior: People should be paid the correct amount of hours they have worked
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: In the F4 menu, if you go to Payments and sort by On Duty Hours, you will see the most hours worked at the top and the last page will have the least amount of hours. Random people are showing more On Duty Hours then they have actually worked. One thing I do notice is that it seems the decimal is moved over, giving these people 10x more hours then they worked. In the attached pictures you will see a list of hours worked with randomly high numbers. If you move the decimal over one, then the order is suddenly correct.
