This is a major issue. What's the point of having rules if there's no one to enforce them in real-time? It makes players feel like reports just go into a void. The server needs more active, visible staff during prime time, period.

Hey folks! Just hopped onto Eclipse RP after spending most of my RP life on smaller text-based servers. Decided it’s finally time to try something bigger and more immersive. I’m still getting used to the voice side of things, but it’s been fun so far.
