Just the grind is hard as a crim making us focus on earning money all the time reduces our RP capabilities leading to metas and a need to win mentality otherwise your assets you grinded for are lost for example, if you got arrested at a lab your not focused on the situation more of a "i need to win because i spent the other day getting all of this stuff otherwise its a waste" so metas start being used and it just devolves most interactions into risk vs reward rather than being actors in a story which is what RP is about.
all i can think of to fix this is to add low risk low reward criminal income such as bringing back house tables but nerfed to a limit of 1 table per garage slot and are limited to low and medium drugs to at least make money and lead to RP interactions and other small things like this reducing the worry of our assets and wealth to focus on the story of gangs rather than the PVP between them.
