I soupose its possible I did though im pretty sure it was always set to not having the HSW based off what I recall since I wouldn't have undone it if it was applied. Im just trying to get it either reverted to HSW or refunded back into credits. Was told to make a bug report.

In the mod menu it only shows as being half off and is not applied even though its a HSW credit car. Ive had multiple people say it dosent have HSW meaning its not a visual glitch. Expected behavior: it should have the HSW mod Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: - Seemed to have HSW but after I transferd it, it no longer seems to have HSW installed greatly effecting speed. - Not sure if worth mentioning but it was transfered while impounded. Vehicle license plate number*: SLATER

Currently chopping dosent get much love and its time to fix that. CHOPPING LEVELS: Currently, to my knowledge, theres only one level upgrade under burglary lvl. 65 that pertains to chopping and thats only for hot wiring vehicles. Everything else is only relevant to house robberys since nothing from chopping can be sold at a pawn shop. Yet, all XP from chopping contributes to burglary. Given that things like drugs have their own line of levels, it only makes sense that a huge part of crim activities also get its own levels. My suggestion is to add the new "Chopping" level tab and have upgrades such as: - Faster chopping - Faster chopping shop removal (For taking it down since it can take ages) - Higher sell prices ITEMS: - Add an item to reveal the location of chop cars for a period of time. This could be imported and only reveal one car at a time with minimal uses. - Add the possibility of finding items in chop cars since realistically there would be items. This could be stuff like a speaker or even guns. OTHER STUFF: - Add a check for vehicle damage when chopping. This can yield for higher rewards since the parts would be in perfect condition but also punish damaged parts. This would entice for better care of chop cars. - Failing a lockpick should alert the cops. Given there's 2 chances and its pretty hard to fail the lock pick it would only make sense that the owner would rply alert the cops. - Fix the sync with the vehicle parts. The cars used to lose their parts now they just just lose the handle UI but the car part stays. - Allow for bulk selling of car parts. Like drugs or packed cash if you have 5 tires in ur inventory you should be able to sell all 5 at once. Lmk what yall think, all suggestions/opinions

DISCLAIMER: This is in no way meant to attack staff, im aware they try their best and some of them do go above and beyond. This is a general suggestion. A HUGE problom I have noticed is that staff dont seem to want to respond to in game reports. This can be infuriating for many reasons. For example, I was evading cops and went to swim across the canal to the other side after ditching my car. I experinced a glitch where I instantly got downed when going in the water. I made a report and so did some of my freinds. No one responded. The intresting part of this, when I spawned in the hospital I saw admins actively roleplaying. This goes beyond bugs but also for rulebreaks and often leads it to week long forum reports. I know what im about to say may not go over well with staff, and if I do hurt anyone feelings I apologize. But its to the point where admins just seem to play for the roleplay and perks and not actually help people who need it. I can only think of a very few amount of admins who actually take reports and put it above roleplay. And to the proof of this, ive seen multiple admins repairing their cars with /commands, and using their commands for personal gains or using their admin status only when it benefits them in that situation. This also leads me to my next point one that has been proven and tested, admins put legals over crims. Ive have been on both sides and find that admins respond almost instantly when I do a report as on duty for DOC or etc. On crim it gets left. Ive seen this happen in action to. Ill have an active report open and a cop makes a report and a admin is there instantly while my report goes unnoticed. Sometimes I have to PM an admin just for a response. This is extremely aggravating and makes it seem like no one cares. The lack of care some admins seem to exhibit really makes it hard to want to play. In my opinion the community should come before RP. Admins should be ready to put the hostage situation aside and hand it iff to someone else and respond to reports that need attention. One of the main reasons players buy credit vehicles is for the speed. Hence the ability to refund a vehicle after modding it for money back. While yes--there are times people buy the car for the car, its often for the mods. I myself would have NEVER bought my stinger if I knew it costed 1.4m to upgrade, and it still cost 400k with hsw. I have only bought some credits and only have 3 credit cars but im with Ritchie. The HSW problom only fixes the issue for a select amount of cars--and barley dose. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say were not asking for our money back, we're just asking for a chance to refund credit vehicles we no longer wish to own due to the new changes. I feel this is a fair request. My suggestion? Open refunds for a week for existing credit cars, allow owners to refund their cars back into credits. @Osvaldon would lose no money and possibly even gain some for people who need to buy more credits for the car they want. The changes made are big and very unreasonable for people who bought credit cars and cant sell them. Give us a chance, please.
