+1 Great Idea I like the hairtie idea, and could be extended to male characters with a "pomade" or "gel" item.

Thought it could be really cool to have "community service" for lesser crimes, or civil offenses. Players would have to do things like pick up trash, clean graffiti etc. Could also possibly be a freelance job to gain some type of base income multiplier/boost. Could be a way to both build the world/economy/corrections, and bring it to life with more people hanging around in certain locations.
