After watching footage I agree with reporting party its my fault unfortunately during situation unfold my intention was to block the road to make their passage hard or force them to sway but after watching footage there was no chance for them to react to my action. I am sorry regarding inconvenience I don't think providing my side of view is necessary since situation is pretty clear but I am posting it anyways. Like I said to reporting party after the accident I am sorry about it I don't have experience regarding pursuits etc. Will do my best to not do it again in the future.
