Aint changing body armor during fire fight or hostile enchounter after get shot is Non-RP? It's kinda Powergame if you get shot in the armor and you just toss it away and equip new one like nothing happend. Should be a 30min CD or smthing.

Not to offend anyone, but I checked all suggestions and discussions, alot of good ones and they are just being ignored all the time. Time to start pointing fingers and with all respect maybe people need to start think diferent what to do about criminal RP. People getting robbed at 24/7s and constant shootouts and robberies at Labs only points out that Criminal RP is so limited that for majority of people it's the only source of "criminal RP". and about ATMS, they were fine until mini-game was added , that ruined it. Ain't worth it. Most of criminal activies are high risk - lower rewards.

Chop Shop was a great idea that worked fine for a month or so, then you realise ECLIPSE favorite Staff Quote - "High Risk, Low Reward" Applies to Chop system. If you are a bad ass deep clapper gang sure, you can feel safe. If you are a group of random civillians that want to do GTA crim Roleplay, well you are probably fucked. The whole idea is great, but doesn't work (c) , it made chop a luxury that only 1-2 gangs maximum can do and willing to do. After the price nerf it's not even worth it to be honest. If you have a nice RP even involving 10 people running the chop which is really fun, payout is in the end is ... crap. Also what's up with the shitty vehicles that you get like 2-3k after chopping? They are not even worth the time and risk, who's idea was that? and gues what half of vehicles are shit that don't worth it. The whole minigame system of jacking a vehicle, I would say it's kinda fine. After few weeks of jacking cars you get used to it. So it's not that bad. Over all, I think stealing and chopping cars is one of the fun things to do, but sadly it's aint worth the risk. Same as ATMS. Same as Robbing stores. Same as Hitting banks. Roadworks Is new crim meta. Jokes aside, just like many people pointed out, nothing will change, becouse Staff in their mind think everything is fine. People that have many years of sucessfull criminal experience in Roleplay games should get involved in the process, not people that play SIMS all day.

Hi, With all respect to Staff Team and Developers. Alot of nice suggestions, no official replies on them. Most of them dated like really really long time ago. Any plans to implement any new stuff/changes? From oldschool ECRP members I heard it's been almost a year that anything major was implemented. All they hear / I hear , "Soon Tm*" No offense, but it took you guys less than 48hrs to implement new cars for *bitcoins*, quite fast response comparing to everything else. Also do a social experiment on ECRP, ask 3 admins in private "how much is 2+2= ?" and you will get 3 diferent answers. Not trying to be smartass or disrespectful , but I think that's one of the issues here, ECRP rules are viewed each time diferent by each admin. Maybe re-write them so everyone understand same thing? But not how it is right now, anyone can interpretate it in their own way. short version: Is ECRP being updated? Nothing much happening lately.

RP opportunities.... cops don't come to impound , people hate impound, waste of time ic/ooc. I think most people don't care about impound fines, but the aspect it can take up to like 1 hour afk at impound to get a cop around , even when PD comes it's just a quick /showlicense and that's all , no rp whatsoever. This aint the place to encourage RP opportunitie, it's just an annoying part.

Remove spawn commands, make all weapons/armor like items civs/crims have. Have a armory or personal locker where each LEO takes out his weapon armor and puts it in his car. PD using it fund can buy/refill armor/ammo/guns when needed , ofcourse if they will have budged money for that. It will actually promote a more strick and realistic roleplay for weapon/item/armor usage where instead of nobrain spawn them, LEOs will have actually report why he is using 10 body armors per hour. No magick spawns please.

The problem aint that PD is overpowered, problem is that Crims most of the time are being denied to RP out of the situation and most fake believe that you can get "make and IA" report, but you won't get your OOC time back from sitting in prison or any kind of compensation. The gun/armor free spawning is also the main problem, saw a video today of a cop from ECRP, he dropped gun and a tazer in a RP situation and then just ran towards his bike and did /me grabs new gun and a tazer. Would be cool if pd would have scripted in budged so every time they spawn something, they actually think, becouse it will deduct from the monthly budged.

+1 Why not? Everyone drops their items and weapons, why always make law enforcements special? Addin this extra feature will improve ic/ooc RP of some PD members. Something like actually show fear when interacting with gangbangers.

Hello, So if you are a crim that does some GTA around the city one thing is anoying that you have no protection against Police if you are in a stolen vehicle and for instance if you want to park it or hide it somewhere for some short time. Since Police just goes around checking license plates 24/7 and It doesn't matter how you park your stolen vehicle at which angle they will always see the license plate. So in real world it takes like 1-2 minutes to remove a license plate from a vehicle and probably few minutes to grind off VIN number and etc from a car, but that's going too far. So I would say give crims more chances avoid getting into trouble by adding a command to remove license plates, so they wont be visible, using a screwdrive or crowbar. Also the NPC Cars that are hotwired are appeared stolen instantly for police in MDC, I think that's kinda also unfair becouse mostly in real life it may take few hours or even days to notice the car is missing especcialy if you file a missing car report it will take atleast few hours to get it into system. So maybe it would be nice to have a random delay between a car to show stolen in MDC from like 1 hour to 10 hours.

The thing I don't understand is why the new chop shop system require intereaction with "official" gangs/organizations, the basic tools for chop shopping vehicle are easily obtained in your home depo. As a "freelancer" that don't want to be part of any gang and just want to stay low, you already have alot of intereaction with gangs, since they are robbing and killing people 24/7. Also the downside of all of this, if you are living in a GMT+2 and higher time zone, it's really hard to intereact with a gangs, since people on this server active when it's 24:00 or even 02:00 night time. So you have almost no way of grinding rep with them. P.S. action bar system not boomer friendly.
