Hey folks,
so since there are a lot of you who will ask about why the client crashes so often and why there are timeouts. I will explain everything here so there should be no questions anymore.
Or you just got linked to this.
Why are there crashes and timeouts ?
Crashes
The client crash is an issue directly from the GTA:N client core.
The staff of GTA:N are currently working on it and have set it on their high priority list and we can expect the fix for the crashes in the next update of GTA:N.

Tech Info: Crashes are caused by a DoTick function from the ScriptHookV.dll
They are aware of the issue and will fix it.

Timeouts
The timeouts are caused by GTA:N not being quite as stable as wished causing servers to DROP every client, BUT do not worry the devs of GTA:N are trying their best to fix this and all other errors.
Summary
Do not blame the Eclipse Staff for the crashes and timeouts nor the GTA:N Staff, both the staff of GTA:N and the staff of Eclipse are trying the best to give us the best possible experience BUT remember Eclipse is a project that doesn't get paid it is all out of passion (besides donations) and same goes for GTA:N (again besides donations) we should respect that a lot. On top this issue is not a fix which can be done in a few minutes. This projects takes A LOT of time and planning and it is already hard enough to make everyone happy. If you like the server then stay and follow its development I can assure you and the staff for sure too that it will be worth the time cause Roleplay servers always take a while to get fully established to a state where it is stable and packed.
I hope this will help everyone to get a better understanding of what the ACTUAL situation is with the crashes and timeouts.
See you in the Eclipse World
