The Beginning Of
It was about 3 Months into Lykos Smiths new welcome into a big city. He hadn't Made much of a name for himself, but he knew he was meant for bigger and better things. In this time, He managed to get himself a Simple Point A to point B car to and from work and he was working the wheat farms most of his days barely scraping by with what he had, it was hard labor but he did what he needed too.
Lykos would often drive up and down route 68 on his days off, with the radio blasting and the windows down, a simple life it was. After a while things became.... boring, he couldn’t handle the everyday same routine he had gotten himself in and didn’t know how to stop it.
It was a late night inside the city of Los Santos, Lykos was at the local mechanic shop just getting a simple oil change when before he would know it, his life would change forever. Ready to give up, leave town, and drive until there was no road, Lykos got in his car and sat contemplating his decision with his head down, but when he looked up there was a man in a Luxurious white car who looked rebellious yet humble, or better yet just respected. This man was Trevor Rider, a man who would later guide Lykos. He was friendly with everyone he had seen at the mechanic shop and just had a general understanding of the city. This was the type of person Lykos needed, to find his way. Making his way out of his car he walked back up to the front of the shop approaching Trevor and complimenting his car, “Damn man this car is dope!”, Lykos said before Trevor replied with “Thanks want to go for a ride in it?”, without hesitation he got in. They took a long drive around town chatting, trying to get to know each other, they would laugh and jam music together while speeding through the city getting a feeling of thrill. This was the first of that Lykos has seen, and he liked it.
The next morning Lykos would wake up and head down to the pier to do some fishing, when he arrived he again saw non other then Trevor Rider. Lykos would approach him and strike conversation, “Hey Trevor last night was awesome, if you are free today we should link back up.”, Lykos said, “Get in man, I want you to meet some friends of mine”, Trevor replied. Lykos would end up getting in the car and going on another drive with him, Trevor began to explain that he was part of a skilled organization that was open to new recruitment at the time, he talked about the vigilante work they would do, whether it was stopping crime in the act or proactively protecting a client. They are the hero's of this city, they are Salvation. Lykos Liked this idea especially because they had friends, they had groups of people all over the city that appreciated them for their humble work and would have their backs at any moment.
Once they arrived Trevor would introduce Lykos to non other then high command member Jackie Drakk and Donnie Drakk. Although it wasn’t the most professional meeting, as they met them getting of their boat after a day out on the water, it showed Lykos that aside from their work they are real people and they could still enjoy their lives. They would all talk for a short period as Trevor was slowly but surely get Lykos a feel of his people and who they are.
Lykos and Trevor continued driving together that day enjoying the sunny and 75 weather until Trevor would get a signal over radio that it was time for a job. Trevor would quickly look over to Lykos and say “Are you in for a job?”, Lykos nodded, “Lets do it.”. They would gear up and head out, after about an hour it was time to go, Trevor drove the to a spot where Lykos would them meet the man of it all, the leader of the pack, Chase Allen the leader of Salvation. Chase would be a little standoffish with Lykos at first not know who he really is but at least could allow because he trusted Trevor's instincts. They would all ride together and work for about another hour getting the job done, without a flaw, perfect. Trevor and Chase both liked what they saw out of Lykos and knew he was a fit, They then would both go their separate way with Trevor taking Lykos back to the pier after a long day. It was late and they were just about to part ways on the pier when Trevor would say “Everyone and I liked what we saw today, we like your attitude and your style.” Lykos would acknolegde it and nod, “ So I Just have one question, Would you Like to be a part of Salvation?”, Without thinking about his answer after spending a lot of time with Trevor he nodded “ Of course”.
