Can't make a ban appeal, the option is greyed out and I was banned from the discord for trying to ask for help

Attempting to make a ban appeal is impossible. When I tried to message on the Technical Support section on Discord I got banned. I seriously think you guys have the wrong people. I'm not trying to cause trouble I am trying to get help.
