"You already have 2 accounts" Error.

Hello,

 

When I try to register in-game, I'm getting this error, which states that I already have 2 accouts. This is my very first time here, and there is no way I have made an account before.. I've tried different emails, reinstalling, restarting router (maybe its IP problem, but I live alone and no one has access to my network). Nothing seems to work. Attached a picture of the error.
