As you can see on screenshot, my Neon's License plate is BINGO and it is showing CHOKE on plate. I thought it was only showing choke for my so I asked multiple people and all of them told me that it's CHOKE written in License Plate. I had to park and unpark neon to fix this and make license plate back to BINGO. This was not first time happened with me. Expected behavior: Neon should show BINGO as License Plate visually. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Didn't notice what thing triggered this bug so I dont' know how to replicate.
