shiftkickz Posted May 26, 2021 Report Share Posted May 26, 2021 Can there be like a Secretary or Duty Officer position that has someone at the PD and SD Hq at all times, there to answer questions and communicate with officers out in the field. Having to wait ages for a officer to show and they rush cars or etc and leave in a hurry doesn't work out sometimes and the ones turning in criminals just head in through the back and leave before you can catch them. There are other reasons one would go to police department other than to use the pay ticket or firearm's license desk.
