I can't sign into the Panel section

I can log into this just fine, but when i try to go into the Panel, it says wrong password? im using the exact same login as i do on this website so im not sure why it's not letting me log in. Also, i clicked forgot password, and it says theyve sent an email to reset but it's not showing in my emails at all??

For panels you need to put in-game password and username not forums.
