Charlie was born in Birmingham, England but lived most of his life in London with his younger brother Teddy. They grew up together  in a small home in East London, they didn't have a bad life, they had everything they ever wanted and never went hungry as their parents gave them a good up bringing. For most of Charlie's life all he ever wanted was to join the military. He eventually joined the One Rifles infantry division as a mechanic and front line soldier, he served two tours of Afghanistan and many other tours around the world, this sense of adventure is what Charlie lived for. After being in the military for 4 years the effects of war started to take a mental hold on Charlie and he was discharged from the Military for failing a Psychiatric test, years later Charlie started to feel better again he, managed to get himself a steady job and didn't think to much about his Military Past, years later his mother became really ill. The treatment she needed wasn't available in England so in hopes to set her up with a better life both the brothers moved to the land of dreams, Los Santos. They found it tough the first few months of living there but eventually found their feet and started to make money. One day Charlie was on his way home from work and was jumped by a gang all wearing yellow, he had heard about this gang they were called the Kings, they mugged Charlie and took everything he had. Charlie knew that working a legal job wasn't going to make him the money he needed. He decided to start his own street gang called The Rolling Aces with his brother at his side he knew they would be untouchable. They started making moves and with Charlie's connections to his old Military buddies he started to bring in shipments of weapons, Standard 9mm Pistols, Automatic 9mm's and sawed off shotguns. Charlie's first order of business was to deal with the Kings, he met up with a local police officer who he had on his payroll and took all the info he could from him on the Kings whereabouts. He took his crew and the guns and went and hit their HQ, That day Charlie killed for the first time since leaving the Military with his brother Teddy at his side they ran through the Kings and dismantled the crew in a day. After years of running the Aces's Charlie heard about a local MC that was set in Paleto looking for some connections down in LS. Charlie set a meet with them and he met the founding President of the Celtic Saints Motorcycle Club, Ross. He also met his VP William 'Billy' Clark as well as the rest of the patched members of the crew. They bought several guns off of the Aces's and said they'd be in touch when they needed more, Charlie asked what exactly they needed connections down here for and they said they had beef with the MC down in LS and the local street gang who runs the Strip club. After months of steady business between the crews The Aces's started to crumble the members were slowly dropping and Charlie & Teddy just couldn't hold their territory anymore with the growing threats in LS, they abandoned their colours and made a straight drive to Paleto Bay in hopes of laying low with their new business partners. The Celtic Saints greeted the brothers with open arms and happily helped them stay safe in Paleto. After a few weeks of hanging with the club Charlie popped the question to ask if he and Teddy could join the MC. They took it to the table and agreed between them that we could prospect. After a year of prospecting we became patched members of the club. For years Charlie and teddy rode with the club until we heard the news that one of our Chapters the Liberty City one was hit by the police and completely crushed, we were already a dying breed and the hit on the Liberty City charter really put a dent in the clubs income. Ross the founding president moved back to England in hopes to keep the peace between the London Charter and the streets. Billy the VP ascended to President and put Charlie at his side, he knew with his previous leadership skills he would prove to be the best choice. A lot of the original members of the club had dropped off at this point and new members started to Fill the table. With Billy as President & Charlie as VP the club started to make money again and become a Dangerous foe in the eyes of the other gangs of the state. We got word from one of our Police officers who we had in our pocket that the Police Captain who took down the LC Charter had recently moved to LS and became Police Captain. We immediately knew that things were going to change. We sat down and devised a plan on how we would navigate the now infested waters. Charlie brought a plan to the table, the table was completely split and fractured by the choice they had to make and turmoil started to sprout between the members. During the shouting and the fighting a knock was heard on the Clubhouse door. The swat were outside and the Police Captain with them. They had come to arrest Charlie and several other members of the club. They were sent to prison for arms dealing, several counts of homicide as well as many other charges the Police Captain could bring up. Teddy was torn up by this and left the Clubhouse on his bike and drove away, his brother had been sent down and he wasn't their with him, they had always been together and now they weren't. The President offered the Police Captain a deal for the release of Charlie. Charlie was never made aware of the real deal just a fake one he was told however Teddy wasn't even told that Charlie had been released. Teddy was killed in a huge gunfight with the Paleto Bay Police Department, he turned main street Paleto into a complete blood bath and killed the Police Captain responsible for the shutdown of the CSMC Liberty City charter and the arrest of his brother Charlie, he was gunned down on the spot. Charlie went home to Paleto to find his brother had been killed. This was the turning point for Charlie, all or nothing. Billy stepped down as President and Charlie rose up, this is a new era.
