Expected behavior: It should not re open the hood. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: To replicate simply repair a vehicle (with a openable hood) and then lock / unlock after the repair is completed. Vehicle license plate number*: happens on any vehicle that has a hood that will open.
