thrax Posted April 25, 2020 Report Share Posted April 25, 2020 It can be your internet connection or possibly some other issues. However, I do have a fix for this. So, once you see "Connecting to the Server, requesting packages", Downloading Started, Download Completed! Wait for them to dissappear. As soon as they disappear, Press "HOME" and the rockstar social club will pop up. You'll have to wait a minute or two and then press "HOME" again. You'll be on the login panel afterward.
