Selling 1g near LS Bank, has external parking for approx 2 large vehicles (i.e. 2 Kamachos max). It is not standalone (There is 1 other door on the building, however I have never seen anyone there)

Interior is standard old interior, approx 450 total storage.

EDIT: It is the left door in that building in the pic (corner office) with the 2 admin markers. The markers are because gate is blocking main building doorway, I can fix this if needed (and still have external parking)
