These are daily questions that the residents of the lands of San Andreas ask every time they encounter this cryptic man. Not much is known of this mysterious homeless man minus the fact he speaks in 3rd person, is homeless, and is definitely mentally unstable. Most people when they first encounter him will notice a few things, for one he is a simple man and speaks in simple words, two he enjoys sniffing out people's scent like a dog, third and lastly his foul stench like he hasn't taken a shower in years. From the streets of Los Santos, to the mountainous regions of Paleto Bay, even to the overpasses and sewers, NO LOCATION is off limits to Ron. Will you be next to encounter this strange man?
